The menu was difficult for me to understand. The hash browns are pre-sliced, frozen slightly grilled potatoes you find at any IHOP.. The turkey sausage was very small and undercooked. The croissants were very similar to any croissant I could’ve purchased at Costco. I did not care for the grilled tomato either as it was probably GMO grown. These are my personal opinions.

Update: after my prior experience, I was given a gift certificate and returned. The service was wonderful, food as delicious as it was the first time. Will definitely return

I have been there twice. The first time; during the week with a colleague, ate inside, had the strawberry crepes, service was wonderful, and their pastries were delishes. The second time ordered to go, the same item strawberry crepes, was told they would bring them to me, outside, as it was excessively crowded. I sat outside 35 minutes later, I had not been called, I went inside to inquire, and they were on a rack, I asked for a drink refill and inquired if there was utensils in the bag, they said yes. I too the bag home, 5 minutes away. I opened the bag, no utensils, the crepes were very cold, the creme was poured into disposable food carriers, bith of the plastic cups were completely melted. I called them, they did not offer a refund, or care to correct their error. Had I been told that I needed to wait inside, I would have, to avoid getting cold food & melted whipped cream. It's as if they want to rush in and push you out, immediately.
Like a revolving door and don't care about quality of service. I wish I had reviewed my order, as soon as I received it, and showed them how it was AND requested a refund.

My boyfriend and I stopped here for the first time today and are very impressed by them. First, I want to give a shoutout to the only two servers that were on the floor — Dee and Matt — for being so kind and attentive especially during a lunch rush. Matt gave us plenty of suggestions on their super extensive menus and Dee was so sweet taking care of us and not rushing us (it took us awhile to study the menu). The way they handled the whole restaurant and patio themselves really amazed me; I work in the industry for a living and it just blew me away how well they worked together and handled what would’ve been stressful for many other servers. You guys are awesome!

Second, the food was delicious! I haven’t had chicken cordon bleu in a long time and as soon as I took that first bite it was like reverting back to those memories of when I first tried it many moons ago; very melt in your mouth, savory, and keeps you coming back for more bites no matter how full you are — and it is a good size sandwich! The hash browns were perfectly crisp and I personally didn’t have to add any salt or pepper because of how perfectly cooked it was. My boyfriend got the madame croque (I believe it was called) and he said it was flavorful and a perfect portion — enough to fill you up but enough to give space for dessert if wanted.

Speaking of dessert, we tried the strawberry stack that was kindly given to us as a birthday treat and it was pretty good. We also went to the bakery side where they had many sweet treats, bread, cakes, and a couple of savory items in their display counters which gave us a couple of options to take home and try.

All in all, I would recommend this place for the great food and even greater service. Thank you guys! 🩵

The food just isn't good. It's very low quality and the cooking is always off in some direction. It's very mom n pop old diner style cooking but with a French twist. Although the French would be insulted if they tried the food here.
Service is good, they try and they care. Maybe a bit frazzled with small mistakes here and there but that's apart of the charm. If you need to have decaf or absolutely just need gluten free. Just don't risk it here. So many times have I seen these small things get mixed up and swapped.
The baking is cheap white flour and just lots of sugar. If you know croissants then you know these aren't them. The bread is...well not bread. Some Americans may call it bread but its just airy fluffy flour stuff. Nothing like Barrio or French baking.
Atmosphere is fun, somewhat of a classic Tucson breakfast spot. Just hasn't held up quality over time. There are plenty of photos to go over so take a peak.

Worked hard to talk 4 girlfriends into trying this place so I was hoping it would be as good as I remembered. The food was, but the service was lacking. We each got up at least once to get what we needed. I expected more and was disappointed. This is summer in Tucson so half the tables are empty as well. Maybe just a bad day…

Service staff was very attentive, the food and the variety are excellent.

Food is terrible and service is agonizingly slow. Had Croque Madame which was just warmed up deli meat on a piece of toast smothered in a cheap sauce. Coffee was OK. Service was very slow.

Great breakfast choice. Great French dip.

Fantastic blend of food! Ended up getting the omelette Italiano which was both unique and delicious. Staff was friendly, service was swift, and it was nice to see pet friendly seating so I know I can bring my dogs if I’m back in the area. Only downside was the pricing which had me feeling like I was living on O’ahu again.

Best French toast I’ve ever had. Great atmosphere. Service took an hour in a restaurant that was less than 1/3 full. He apologized for putting our food on hold instead of enter, but didn’t actually seem concerned. Just flippant and dismissive with zero consideration for our time.

Long wait outside for a table though plenty were available. Long wait to order once seated. Lol ng wait for food. Waited 40 minutes to be seated, almost 90 minutes total for food which was not exceptional.

Really just a delicious range of options on the menus. Bravo, Chef Ghini!

Food was ok- baguettes are not crusty and traditionally made. Cold sandwiches are ok- just too much bread. Eggs Provençal however is good. Service was effective, but flatware and glassware is disgusting. Plastic water glasses are filthy, wine glasses are not clean- we sent three of four back from our table as they were smeared with lipstick, fingerprints and ridiculously spotted. C’mon, you can do better…
