I preordered an 18 foot cat hauler that i needed to pick up on a tight time frame. They brought one in from a different branch and had it ready to go when i arrived. The nice lady in the office was smooth and fast on the paperwork and was very helpful even though they were a person short for the day. The gentleman in the yard hooked me up with the proper hitch and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Towed trailer 300 miles home last night, smooth as could be. I would recommend Big Tex in Tucson to anyone

I stopped by a couple of days ago because I needed a 2" ball on my hitch and was unable to remove the larger ball already attached to the hitch. Not only did the service department quickly remove the old ball and install the new 2" ball they did so without charge -- even the new ball was provided free. It's hard to get better service than that!

Good people. Called in on a Monday and they got me in first thing Tuesday morning. Had an electrical issue with a cargo trailers lights not working. The manager Jamie came outside with one of his techs right away and diagnosed the issue. Ended up being an easy fix. While I was inside paying for a small part needed, Jamie’s tech had it all fixed up by the time I got back outside. Definitely recommend this place for all your trailer needs.
