Anytime I've fueled up here I've never encountered any issues.The employees are always friendly and respectful.I'd highly recommend visiting this establishment.

Just wanted to report my horrible customer experience at Speedway Express on 12885 North Oracle Road. Store #0002987 the morning of 9/10/2023. I visited the store looking for eye drops. As I approached the register I noticed the price on the shelf was not the same price they charged me, immediately I wanted to confirm the correct price marked on the inventory. The manager on duty, David told the cashier to change price to $3.49 so I stop crying. I told the manager on duty that I was not crying, I was clarifying the price on the item on his shelf. I mentioned the customer has the right to question the prices they seen before paying for an item, the customer is always right for doing that. The manager on duty said to me NO the customer is not always right. Told me to leave and to have a good day. I replied Sr. You don't have to treat me like that. The merchandise was not labeled correctly and they should have reviewed to avoid confusion. As I left the store, I asked for his name, and I told I will report the customer service experience I have received at the store. The cashier Jennifer L proceed to follow me to my car and started to recording me and verbally harrast me, yelling at me and saying I was being rude, then she shouted out loud Fuck you lady. I believe that no customer should receive that kind of verbal abuse in any business for any reason. Jennifer L., was wrong and disrespectful to me in front of my son, I was outside the store when she harassed me and the supervisor was watching her the whole time. The Corporate office at Speedway needs to be aware of the unacceptable behavior from those individuals at store 0002987. This is not acceptable, not to mention I am a regular customer, going forward will never go back to that place again.

Went to get my propane fill, and no one was qualify to fill it. Don't waste your time...go to Tractor Supply.

I went into this store and Christina was the nicest cashier I’ve ever met at not just speedway but any gas station I’ve been to. She was so welcoming and it wasn’t with just the “hello” her smile lit up the store and she made me feel like family!! She is truly an asset to your company.
Absolutely love the employees!! Amanda the assistant manager works so hard it seems as if she's there day and night a lot. I stopped going to this store for a while until I found out the former manager was gone. Now this is my go to place. Amanda goes above and beyond to see that every customer gets what they need and she's always in a good mood which in turn helps put us in a better mood when we leave.

The employees are proffessional, curious, and responsive to any questions or concerns that I have. As it seems of late I've only seen three employee working their hearts out day in and day out the keep things going the assistant manager Amanda is one of the best managers I've ever met her leadership and commitment to excellence is unparalleled to any competitors. Shirl also is a very fun easy going and energetic person to be around and the side kick Dave is always keeping it funny with his witty sense of humor. I certainly wish every store had employees of this character working around the clock like this one does. Speedway is very lucky to have employees with tremendous work ethic. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for making my daily trips one of a kind experience I look forward to everyday.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I'm almost 70yrs of age and ha e had a stroke, needless to say my body doesn't work like it used to. I pulled into this Speedway and was trying to put air in my tires, the assistant manager Amanda saw me struggling with the wind blowing me all over the place and rushed out to help. She not only put air in the one tire but checked all 4 tires and made sure the right amount of air were in them. She's so easy to be around and a absolute joy to talk with. I tried to give her a tip but she kindly refused. I go in every day now just to see Amanda and kili another employee and will continue as long as they are there.

The assistant manager is so bubbly and upbeat thst it doest matter what kinda day im have she somehow makes me smile ?. The girl that works mid shift as well. Those girls are there it seems like 24/7 and they are always on the move, cleaning, stocking, running register,ect. I have to say i will truly be sad when the new manager comes in January..
