I was in Tucson for a conference (although I have family in the area so I will be back) and a friend and I went out for dinner and it was fantastic! I will definitely be back!!

They have the sushi. Most of it outstanding. They often have umi. Umi is a rarity at times. Their sake in small bottles is limited. If you like hakusuru, only the 750 ml is available.

These guys are pricey but you get what you pay for. The only dish I don't like is their mussels. They add a hot flavoring which I find objectionable.

Loved everything. No complaints. Food 10/10. Was so pleased with the experience! And the bathrooms- they were clean! Which is something I always look out for at restaurants!!

I usually don't go to Ginza sushi as I have a different sushi restaurant I frequent but I was craving sushi and this restaurant is located pretty close to my house. I ordered a spicy tuna roll and Philadelphia roll. Both usually cheaper rolls as they are not specialty rolls. I've had my fair share of sushi and I have to admit the fish did not taste fresh. I could not finish the spicy tuna because it just tasted bad. In addition I ended up spending $30 on both rolls when usually they should be around 20$ combined.. the spicy tuna is like ordering a California roll- it should be relatively cheap. All I'm saying is I believe the sushi is over priced for what they are serving.

The best sashimi we've had in Tucson! Get there early or make a reservation - it fills up fast. Don't skip the yellowtail, toro and albacore.

I'm surprised by the high reviews. The food was too salty and not worth the price compared to other sushi restaurants. The service was also terrible. We had to wait a long time to place our order, receive our food, and get the receipt. The server didn't ask if we were together or separate and brought only one check. Even afterwards, she didn't apologize but made an unpleasant face. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and am unsure why it has such high reviews.

The teriyaki chicken was dry and tough. Service was not good at all. We had to keep waving down a waiter . Never was offered refill on water. One meal was served and about ten minutes later we finally got the other meal.

Nice busy little place. A lot of unique special options. Toros and Aji.

I’ve been coming here for over a decade. Prices are up 50% across their entire menu, for no reason. Website still shows the old prices, which is false advertising and a scam. Quality of the food has gone way downhill as well. Old Ginza is gone.
