I've driven by here on my visits to Tucson for 20 years but never noticed the restaurant until recently& decided to stop by last night; I got the Phoenix and Dragon which was tatsy but a little too much sauce (an observation, not a knock) while my wife got the Kung Pao Chicken which had the right amount of spice. The food here is reliably great, sometimes it's not as good as others, but thats to be expected. My mom only eats at this Chinese Restaurant and when I want something that I know is reliably good I go here.

Super busy with takeout orders on Christmas day but that didn't affect the dine in service or quality. Billy Choi and his crew never fail to disappoint. The Mongolian Beef was on point as was the Sweet & Sour Chicken. His Hot & Sour soup is the best. I stand by my previous experiences that this is simply the best Chinese food in Tucson.
