I recently visited your establishment on Saturday December 21st and had a terrifying experience that I feel is important to share with you.
While sitting at the bar with my husband, I noticed a man staring at me in a way that felt unsettling and inappropriate, i didn’t pay too much attention to it i just wanted to enjoy my night with my husband. I usually go to the restroom alone at your bar, but this time, because of his behavior, I asked my husband to accompany me. He went to the men’s restroom while I went to the women’s.
As soon as I finished using the restroom, I heard someone putting in the door code. When I stepped out of the stall, I was face-to-face with the same man who had been staring at me earlier. He walked toward me with what I believed were bad intentions, which caused me to scream for my husband and run out of the restroom in fear.
In a panic, I told the staff that there was a man in the women’s restroom. While they did remove him from the women’s restroom, they allowed him to stay in the bar and continue using the men’s restroom after he claimed it was a mistake. I know this wasn’t the truth, but the staff appeared to believe him.
After my husband and I decided to leave the bar, this man followed us outside, insulting both of us. This entire experience was frightening and unsafe, and I’m deeply concerned about the safety of your patrons.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that the men’s and women’s restrooms share the same access code, which seems to make situations like this easier to occur. I strongly believe separate codes or improved monitoring could help prevent similar incidents.
I’m sharing this because I don’t want anyone else to go through an experience like this. I’d appreciate knowing what steps you plan to take to improve safety, both in restroom access and staff handling of incidents involving harassment or threats.

Rei was an amazing host. Made me feel warm and welcome just as they would a local. I would always plan on coming back through to see them any time I come through Tulsa. Great bar. Great atmosphere. Great prices. The place you want to be when you come downtown. 5 stars across the board.

An excellent and very chill bar, perfect for actually talking to the people you enjoy hanging out with! The staff are top notch, they are incredibly friendly, personable, and professional. The draft beer selection is perfectly curated, and the cocktails are the best in town. Very solid pizza can be ordered from the bar, the pizza place is door. Check it out!

Cute spot. Okay list of pre-determined cocktails and a variety of whiskeys and agave spirits to taste. Disappointing bartending, in that they couldn't make a Manhattan when asked (allegedly no Amaro at a cocktail bar?), but it's fine if you're getting a beer or an old fashioned.

Good Oak has been one of my favorite bars in Tucson for a long time. It is located right next to the Rialto Theater so any time I would go to a show, I stopped into Good Oak to pre-game. The atmosphere at this bar is really classic. It has minimal seating so during the busy times downtown it may be hard to find a place to sit. They used to have a food menu and I was sad to hear they got rid of it. They had THE BEST fried pickle spears I have ever had. I would take people to Good Oak just for the pickle spears. Food aside, this bar has a really nice drink selection and a bunch of whiskeys. I am a fan of Del Bac whiskey, and I tried it at Good Oak for the very first time years ago. They also do a beer and coffee press, and it is unique and delicious! It's a good pick-me-up when you are hanging out late at night. Although Good Oak has changed over the years, I would still say it is in my top five favorite bars in Tucson. If you are near the Rialto, definitely stop by for a few drinks!

Good Oak Bar is located right next to the Rialto Theatre in Tucson, so when I came for a show I hit Good Oak both before and after the show. Service was amazing, whiskey and bourbon selections were amazing and the music was amazing. NIck and Rae were incredible servers that made perfect suggestions. I absolutely loved it here and hope to be back very soon!
