Nice location, not far from downtown and shops (15 minutes) and close to golf course, grocery store Basha is (5 minutes away) by car and has pharmacy, also within 15 minutes to sight seeing of the Sabino Desert trail and restaurants. Great weather

This was our first time traveling during the winter months after retirement. I booked the condo through VRBO for 2 weeks as I didn't know the Tucson city divisions (Oro Valley, Catalina Foothills, etc). I did quite a bit of research and found the Catalina Foothills area is one of the best places to live. I looked at all the different condos for rent at The Greens at Ventana Canyon. I chose one that had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, building 9 (12 buildings on west side of complex), condo 102 on bottom floor as I had knee replacement 3 months earlier. The condo is exactly like the pictures online. The veranda has great wicker furniture, ceramic tile floors, and was entirely screened in so the "critters" couldn't access. The kitchen is fully stocked (coffee filters, some 12 cup coffee bags, dishwasher tablets, dish washing soap), had 3 boxes of small laundry detergent and dryer sheets, and lots of toilet paper for both bathrooms. Many bathroom towels, hand towels, wash clothes. I don't know if all condos had this, but ours did. The lady upstairs Cheryl and Staci next door gave us numerous ideas on places to visit, hike and restaurants. Husband used the weight room. We have no complaints, only good things to say about this resort and our condo.

We stayed for three weeks and I just have to say...they have a lot of rules and the neighbors are watching. Not that we were doing anything but you don't have an inch. Make sure you read them all. Very quiet ... kinda old folks home style. Nice unit and our owners were awesome.
Everything was great from the view to the pools and the condo itself. Other then what you personally eat it was well equiped, including spiced and all the makings for coffee. It made for a nice staycation.
