Nothing to write home about. Prices too high for the quality of food. Chips and salsa were $5, and neither were very good. Not horrible, but not something worth 5 bucks. $17 for three tacos. Came with rice and beans, and the beans were flavorless. Been here years earlier and it was very good. Now drinks are emphasized over food menu.

We showed up for our "reservation" and told it was open seating. So we sat outside. Nobody came to serve us or take our order or let alone ask us if we need anything. Kinda pathetic to let people reserve a table if you guys don't have employees seating customers.

Myself and a friend arrived for our 7pm reservation the other week. The service was almost nonexistant as we had to go up to the front to request drinks after 20 minutes. We also ordered chips, which didn't come until just before 8. We asked to put in orders and were told that the kitchen closed at 8. It was frustrating to have to go somewhere else because of the lack of communication and service GRINGO provided. Will not be going back and would not recommend to a friend.

Serivce is horrible. We stayed there a night and if you did not sit at the bar, you had to ask for everything. Food was just ok. Nothing to write about. I am giving it three stars just cause I know the industry is short on workers. Good for a drink otherwise skip.

Our visit last early eve was weird...had to order 3 different beers before they had one. Sign out front below the Gringo sign said "happy hour...2 for 1 draught beer" but when mentioned to the server she had no knowledge of the sign or the offer. THEREFORE THE SIGN SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN!! Margarita was ok but glass only half full so not worth $10. Had to pay for chips/ salsa. No one eating there which should have been a clue.

The place was empty, and obvious why. The mixed drinks were terrible, and nachos and salsa flavorless. Between the service, drinks, and salsa, we paid and left for another restaraunt.

You can sit on the patio and have great views if the mountains. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is good but have only had the mini chimis. They have good margaritas also.
