Guadalajara's Grill & Tequila Bar

Service was appalling. It took forever for the waitress to take our drink order. She seemed very uninterested while taking our meal order. After she dropped off our food we never saw her again until she dropped off our bill. She didn't check in on us to ask whether we were enjoying our meal, never asked if we wanted another drink and never offered us their dessert menu. My wife's food was terrible and mine looked and tasted like it was reheated from the day before. We thought we were in for a treat because the reviews were so high, but instead walked away very disappointed. We won't be back.

Guacamole Is Not Complementary. Everything Else Was Fantastico🙏 We Got Served The Chips And Salsa Followed by The Guacamole Made Table Side (excellent service) it Was My First Time here so I Was Like Wow They Give Complementary Guacamole ??? Theres No Way I Was Thinking. Well half way Through The Meal I Looked At The Normal Menu And Realized The Guac Wasnt complementary we brought up to the Waitress the Manager came and explained everything and the Small Miss understanding was taken care of Very Smothly. Loved The Restaurant, The Food and The Service!! Viva Guadalajara!!

We were first seated at a table by a door with the sun in our eyes, then moved to one the was under the ac and frigid. When I asked the waiter if there was a menu choice that was smaller in portion size he had no idea what I was talking about. When I did get my meal the cheese enchilada was hard like it had been sitting around for days. This was not a good visit.
