On May 5 2024, my fiancé and I were seated at the southeast section just after the afternoon dinner rush. It was our first time there. A nice man came over and closed the blinds, which we appreciated. He said “Better?” to us, which I smiled and replied, “Yes; thank you.” The salsa prep person came over and made the salsa; it was very good. That was it. After just under 40 minutes of waiting, we never received so much as a glass of water, and no one came to take our order. We decided on patience, then decided to leave. In our opinion, no service is far worse than poor service. Neglect of patrons, particularly new ones, merits a well-earned single star. We will not return, and will share our experience with others.
Carlos was amazing! He was very attentive and even brought my husband a birthday cake to sing him happy birthday. He make our day very special.

In Tucson from out of town and wanted to try a good Mexican restaurant, and it happened to be cinco de mayo. The fact they make friend salad table side is the best experience and make this establishment stand out from the others.Each staff member was very friends and we had a great experience. This has to be the best Mexican restaurant in Tucson!

David the bartender is great! I don’t sit anywhere but the bar, he’s attentive and makes the best drinks! Never knew a Paloma tasted so good! The margarita flight was beautiful and great! The food, salsa, and guacamole was also fantastic. Will be back for more soon!
