I’d give this a zero star if I could. Poor service all around from seating to waters to orders to meals to check etc. the only good thing was the cheese crisp. That was outstanding. Also a helpful waitress named Alina tried to save our situation but she couldn’t do everything. Our waiter was just incompetent. Food was mediocre except that Cheese crisp. Yum!

What a gem in Tucson! Great food wonderful friendly service. Several large groups and was easy to talk.
So myself and my oldest son took my youngest son to eat for his 17 th birthday and I love this place I’ve been eating here since I was a child …the staff was upset they kept having to fill are chips because they would put a few chips in the bowl instead of filling it up because it’s a party of three they were so upset they had to get us soda so they brought us a pitcher mind you I paid $80 plus dollars here because of the service we had I still tipped $5.00 instead of a normally tipping $25 but they didn’t even deserve $5.00 let’s just say the wait staff wouldn’t have a job if us as customers don’t show up next time I will take my business else where I don’t need half ass service

We had planned a big family celebration after Sunday mass and called 24 hours in advance to notify the restaurant of our party of 15. The person who answered the phone assured us there was a large seating area available and encouraged us to come in. Based on this, we cancelled our other reservation. However, when we arrived, there was no reservation for us, and the wait time was over 1.5 hours. To make matters worse, we received terrible customer service from the manager. Needless to say, we decided to go elsewhere and won’t be considering this place in the future.

Drove all over area to places that were suggested to eat at. All were 2 hour wait times. Stumbled upon this gem and was not disappointed. I live in florida and don't have authentic Mexican food. So to eat here was a blessing. Food portions were amazing. Margs were good. And the pricing you can't beat.

Came here from PHX with my son, daughter and wife, ordered 2 carne Asada chimichangas and they took 1 hour to even speak about anything. Had to get boxes for the kids at 10pm and tell them to get our main entrees to go. They forgot and immedatley cooked a chimi, with all meat and nothing else besides ccrust.give this place a shut it down and go get a burger from mcds

Love their albondigas. My daughter loves their menudo. Their chimichangas are good as well. Seating and atmosphere is nice. Tends to be cold in there. Service is quick. Lots of parking but fills up pretty quick. Good for small get together . As with any restaurant, noise level can be high. Depends on the time of day and if there are any events in the surrounding areas. They are not open for breakfast, but that would be a good option to try. They open at 11. Not sure of closing time.

We waited 40 minutes to be seated, understandably for a Saturday night only to be sat and wait an hour for our food that was absolutely tasteless. The salsa tasted like pizza sauce. The wait staff were very friendly. But they need new recipes.
