Gusto Osteria Has amazing food and the staff is very helpful with accommodating allergies
Great food and service!
1st time - We walked in hour before they closed - the greeter was nice and welcoming - we sat at a booth and the food was served promptly and it was delicious ! We got chicken Alfredo , pasta primavera and pasta with sausage - and Cesar salad - all was very fresh and hot ! Service was excellent and friendly staff ! We will be back !
Everything went exactly as planned and everything was excellent.
Went in for my birthday dinner. Our server was great. Service was prompt and we didn't have to wait too long. They were very accommodating.
Our group enjoyed the patio for happy hour ♡ $7 for some appetizers. Our group had separate checks and our waiter was great ! A good time was had by all. The weather was perfectly shaded, yet we enjoyed the being on the patio with a perfect temperature. The parking lot is busy, but there is a lot of parking in this Plaza at Sabino Canyon and Tanque Verde.

Unbelievable delicious food. Prices are good, service was nice and no need to make reservations. Will definitely come back.
The food was good. The service was horrible. I had a server named Michael who decided to mansplain to me that he felt people were too sensitive. I found his tone was super aggressive and unnecessary which made us feel very uncomfortable. Due to his behavior I did not leave a tip. He followed me out into the parking lot and ask me why I did not leave a tip when I tried to respond and explain that his behavior was not professional, he cut me off and did not allow me to respond to his question, then yelled at me in an extremely aggressive manner, then told me that I was banned from that restaurant. I asked him if he was the owner and he told me yes... However, if you look on their website, he is not the owner.
I found their prices to be over the top.. $10 for a Caesar salad that was about 8 to 10 bites of lettuce.
We had an untypical poor experience last night. Right off the bat our server, Michael was arrogant and surly. He asked if we knew what we wanted to drink as soon as we sat. We said not yet. When he next walked by I commented, we are ready when you are. His retort was I'm not ready and he walked away. I ordered one of the specials, always a favorite, veal marsala. It had no flavor, the pasta was soggy and the veal which was a generous portion of about 3 pieces had only 1 piece was was truly edible. The rest was tough to chew. Michael never returned after delivering our meal to inquire how it was and every time I looked up, he ignored us. I boxed my meal for my dog. The salmon however as was the chicken Giovani were both fabulous and in fact my meal mates left no morsel. Our wines were fine.
After hiking the just less than 4 miles out of Sabino Canyon, I felt like I wanted some carbs to recharge. We stopped at Gusto for lunch and had the nicest server and the best meal. Everything was delicious, and we got four different dishes, and I can’t wait to go back. I ordered the penne with Italian sausage, and it was as good a dish as my Italian Nana could have made. The house salad and bread with dipping oil were perfect. We sat outside and shared a bottle of Pinot Grigio between the 4 of us while our 5-year-old grandson got to explore the patio. We are in town from Ohio and we will be eating there again before traveling home.
Their service was 1st class. Food exceptional. Recommend
