This is my first time going to the gyro shack, I find the food to be fantastic. The customer service Jen gave was excellent. The atmosphere seem like it would be wonderful inside, but I went through the drive-through so next time I go, maybe I’ll do another review and let you know but other than that, I’ll give it a five star rating all day all around

First time going to Gyro Shack. We asked the girl if they could make a mediterranean salad and she said NO. Ordered a Philly Gyro instead and a large soup. Got a small container of soup. The Gyro had a lot of meat and little veggies. The amount paid for this was a little high. Wont go back

I have been here a few times, it just gets worse. The lady at lunch always has a nasty look on her face and always seems bothered that customers are there. Food is hit or miss really, fries are almost always soggy. I hear there is another location, may give it a try with hopes the experience is a little better.

I stopped by last week and got a deluxe gyro combo. The woman who took my order said she was new and struggled a bit thru the order. I waited a little longer than I wanted but my food was made fresh and the order was correct which is an improvement since my last visit. At the window Madine made sure I had everything I needed and asked me to return. Glad things seem to be turning around over there!
My order was messed up and Madeline went out of her way to fix it and was super nice about it. We will definitely be coming back!

Really wanted to try the falafel bowl. It was a spoon of rice withe some lettuce and three falafel the looked like tater tots. Very dry, my trash can loved it. Won't go there again.

If I could give negative stars I would. The gyros we cold, no feta, no flavor, small portions. I will drive further down Broadway for an amazing gyros! A complete waste of money!
