The service is always the best, everyone is very attentive to your needs and even offer to box your leftovers for you. I've never had to wait more then 10ish minutes to be served. The food is amazing I definitely recommend the hue spicy soup.

You must try the Salted shrimp WITH the shell!! And yes, you eat the whole thing, shell and all! I know that sounds wild! But it's soo good!! The orange chicken is not what you're used to from those Chinese restaurants but it's very good. Beef and broccoli, house noodles, house rice - all good. But I'm telling you, I could eat the whole plate of those salted shrimp!

Online orders offer a pickup time, but it seems to be fictional. I generally wait 30 minutes or more AFTER the pick up time, without any apology. Parts of the order are generally cold as a result. Just don’t allow people to select a time if you can’t make it work.

We just spent another lovely evening at Ha Long Bay. Our family has been coming to this restaurant for more than a decade and I never have taken the time to write a review. The food is always fresh and fast. The volcano is a tradition when we are a big group. The crispy rolls are crispy, flavorful and never greasy. I have tried Pho at other restaurants but this is the best - tender chicken and flavorful broth! When anyone is sick in our family, this chicken Pho is the best medicine. I prefer to support local family eateries with my business and this is one our favorites in Tucson. (If you are a larger group, call ahead and they will set up a table for you.)

First time customer. Had Pho. I thought it was very good, better than the Pho places in NW Tucson. Definitely will go back again. I live up in NE Tucson it is worth the drive. Give them a try.

Had dinner there last night. Food was good, service was great.
We were visiting from New England and we did not know what to expect from this place. The food was excellent and the service was very good and friendly. The satay sauce was phenomenal! My wife enjoyed the lemongrass chicken, we had lunch specials and appetizers and the whole bill was $30. We will definitely be back before our trip ends.

We've talked about eating here for years and finally made it. We were missing out. The shrimp diamond starters were really good. Lots of minced shrimp and a few other ingredients in a fried tofu wrapper. Two cut in half and quite tasty. The pho was good. We left full.
