I’m extremely disappointed with the management at Habit Burger Grill, particularly with the behavior of the managers Desmond and Anna. Desmond made my underage daughter feel uncomfortable with a couple of inappropriate comments the last time we went, which is completely unacceptable in any establishment, let alone one frequented by families. We haven’t seen him recently so we hope that he’s been investigated thoroughly.
We decided to try this location again without our children and we encountered the new(?) manager Anna. Her attitude is dismissive and unprofessional, which only makes the experience worse. We asked her for our drink cups since we ordered on the kiosk and she ignored us for about 20 mins. Instead of resolving issues or creating a welcoming environment, she rudely handed us our drink cups without even apologizing.I usually am very understanding especially with service workers but the fact she didn't express an ounce of remorse was extremely rude.
This location has serious management problems that need immediate attention. Until changes are made to ensure the safety and respect of both customers and employees, I cannot recommend this Habit Burger Grill to anyone.

I order online with a promo code and didn't get my discount. Food showed up cold for on. That's why I used the promo because I'm not paying full price for delivery. Because food is never hot when it gets to your house. You can't get in contact with the store they make you drive there to talk to a manager. I use delivery because I don't drive. There is no option to cancel your order so I got stuck paying 31 dollars for 2 hamburgers that we're cold. Never again habit burger.

Really well run facility- super friendly and helpful staff! The food was VERY fresh and hot, with generous serving sizes. Each of our sandwiches/burgers were STACKED. Great stop for lunch- highly recommend 👍👍
Dietary restrictions: Love their fried veggie options and their veggie burger is DELISH!
Kid-friendliness: Great kids meal options- many opportunities to make substitutions or special orders. Great price for the size of the meal as well!

I don’t ever leave Google reviews, but I ordered something in the drive-through. I waited for about 25 minutes after paying before anybody said anything to me and then when I said this is kind of crazy and I asked how long it was gonna take? the lady just handed me my money back instead of giving me some sort of answer.

I would give them no stars if I could .VERY DISAPPOINTED. Went to try this place out order my food waited 25 minutes for my food and on top of that it was wrong . . Asked for a refund, they had me write my name down and “couldn’t “ refund my money right away. It had to go to “corporate “. The lady gave me her boss number was talking to him right in front of me . And obviously speaking Spanish and i speak Spanish. Knew everything she was saying . I called the “ direct manger “ 5 time no answer yet she called him and he asked right away !? . This places is trash .

The BBQ Bacon burger itself was fine. No complaints. The fries were bland, even with salt, and tasted hours old. The “tropical tea” was disgusting. Actually, I cant even say it was disgusting. It was just completely flavorless. I suspect it wasnt “tropical tea” at all, but an unremarkable and unsweetened tea they substituted without telling me. Whatever it was, it was the most disappointing concoction I have ever had in my mouth. I was 50/50 on Pepsi or the exotic and adventurous sounding “tropical tea” and now I will regret that coin toss for the rest of my life. Should have just gotten the Pepsi.

Manager Anna was very rude and short with me and my family when we placed our order for dine in. She would cut us off when we were ordering and she didn’t listen to things we had said about things being left off of my grandmas sandwich. Manager also tried to charge us for ranch when they don’t charge for any it’s a little ridiculous to charge for something that is free
Service was horrid. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes while my food got cold behind the counter. Two different cooks couldn't give me my food and could only give the excuse that they were short staffed. 4 employees visible. Poorly staffed might be a better name for it. Removing their dumb app too. Because I ordered ahead I was told that I couldn't go through the drive thru. So dumb
