James, the manager, has always been top notch. A genuine person with a genuine smile, working his hardest. I have gotten to know him just a little bit over the last year or so and he has never not surprised me with the amount of knowledge of the products served here for the amount of service he puts into every single customers experience. It is sad that we will have to see him go as he is needing to expand his career for a better paying income. He will be missed!Also the food is always excellent and all the options are amazing, especially for people who are trying to eat out with a healthier option, not to mention the vegetarian options. Love this place!!!

This was my first time at Habit burger and I loved it. When I ordered I made a mistake and when I got to the window, the girl working was nothing but kind and helpful (I always get anxiety when I make a mistake ordering so that was so cool she didn't get mad about it) I really loved the burger and their onion rings are really good. Nice and crunchy. I also got the strawberry sundae and it was awesome. You won't be disappointed here for sure!!

Super clean restaurant and solid food. Staff is above and beyond at this store. This was my first time to a Habit Burger and it was easy ordering on the self service kiosk, but when I had questions about the sauces the staff was super patient and nice about answering questions. Same when I went back for a to go box--the staff just seems like they were meant for customer service. I wish I had gotten the staff's names today, but I was in around noon today (Sunday) and both of the staff members I encountered were absolute the sweetest.

The Manager Jonathan at the Broadway location is impressively personable and professional. He remembered us from weeks ago returning to the restaurant and clearly has the restaurant running efficiently. Food was fresh, hot and as ordered and whenever you request anything extra they are always quick and corteous to assist. This isa great example of how a small restaurant should be run!
