Cold fries and the burger had so much mayo, ketchup and mustard it just made a freaking mess! This happens every time! I'm done! I don't care how cheap they are! The fries were terrible! Wish I could get my $35 back!!!!

1st time and only time I will go there, I have been looking for a burger by the bag type restaurant and this place didn't measure up, bought the two drinks and the crowd please number 16, 8 burgers 4 hotdogs and 4 fries was asked if I wanted cheese on my burgers which was extra, by the time I got home and saw there was NO CHEESE on my burgers pissed me off charged for each burger it was 48 bucks and some change in total and they almost forgot my drink after handing me my order and saying have a good day and to top it off they were NOT BUSY only 4 people in line. I will not be going back. The burgers were tasteless and lacked seasoning the fries were soggy the only thing with taste was the chili on the hotdogs.

I was at Hamburger Stand last week. The food was great as always. But as normal you get a teenage worker attending the cash register and instead of attending to the customer she is texting her friends. Unprofessional and no customer service skills in this. I guess with the shortage of workers these day you have to take what you can get.
A 5 star shout out for the food preparers. It's hard work and you did a great job. Keep up the good work. Finally I see that none of the reviews are answered. That tells you a lot about the business training right there.

Got my son a chili dog meal and they put a big handful of onions on it? Plus the menu says $9 and change for it but total came out to almost $13 so the math is not mathing there. The kid at the register was nice enough so no problem there usually the girls are really rude but at least they don’t put onions on a chili dog.

This used to be the best location in Tucson, but lately the new people are super rude and super ghetto. They don't have any kind of customer service ethics and are super rude! They will lose alot of loyal customers. Very disappointing
Rude cashier/employees. I thought dealing with an attitude was enough till I got home and realized there was no hot dog, it was just a empty hot dog box!!! This place needs to re-train these miserable employees!
