The BBQ pork fried rice was delicious as were the crab puffs. The egg rolls were decent. The lo mein lacked flavor. I would return for the rice and puffs alone. My mother, who is vegetarian, doesn't like Chinese food, and hates leftovers ate her veggie entree and kept the rest for dinner the next night.

Food is always great here. Never had a bad experience. Service is always great despite others reviews.. The fact that some people have a problem with walking up to a counter to ask for extra items is pretty absurd, the workers here are more than happy to attend to you if you need something, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. I love everyone who works here

Excellent! Food was delicious with generous portions. Clean with a comfortable atmosphere. We were served quickly and the food was hot! We will definitely go back.

Derive is very fast & portions are good, I was hoping for a little better quality in the meats & veggies, but it’s sadly what’s available in this area

This place was pretty disappointing sadly. The food was decent but the service sucked and it didn’t feel like a restaurant considering I had to get up to pay and ask for everything. We came in for dinner and they had already put away more than half the tables. They kept pushing to go for not just us but a lot of people who came in after us. They also didn’t have a changing table in the bathroom which sucks as a mom.Go anywhere else!!!!

Not impressed. I got there a hour after they opened. I planned on dining in but cashier said i suggest to go only. I couldn’t understand why. But it was rude. The foods half decent. The drinks tasted like sink water.

We ordered chicken and vegetables and chicken lo mein. The chicken and vegetables were very good, but the chicken lo mein had only a few pieces of chicken, and the noodles were half cooked and had way too much soy sauce. That's all you could taste. Also, the egg rolls were quite chewy.

Ordered $60 worth of food and wish I hadn't. I ordered the vegetarian meal, and the sauce was thick and slimy. Throughout the plate, food was either hot or cold, obviously microwaved or reheated. Everything tasted at least a day old or reheated for a second time. Will not be eating here again.

I have only door-dashed this restaurant, but it's one my favorites after trying a few after moving to Tucson. Love veggie fried rice and egg drop! And hot and sour soup!

The service we received was horrible. When I was ordering the lady who took the order seemed that it was a bother to her that we were there. She never came back to the table to see how the food was or refill drinks. We had to go up to ask for things. She was very rude when clearing the table. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken and it had no spice to it at all. The orange chicken was cold. We will never return. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

We were pleased with our dining experience. After placing our order at the register at the rear of the restaurant, we sat at one of the tables and our beverages were brought to our table. Our food was also brought to our table when it was ready. We are vegetarians and were very pleased with the number of options available. They had a better selection of tofu dishes than most Chinese restaurants. My dining companion got Happy Tofu, which was basically the sauce and veggies that would normally be in Happy Family, but with tofu instead of meat. I got Mongolian Tofu, like Mongolian Beef, but with tofu instead of beef. Both were very tasty. Portions were very generous, both of us had enough left over to bring home for another meal.

Vegetarian options: Wide variety of vegetable dishes and tofu dishes.

Been wanting to try this place for a long time. I was very disappointed because the price does not match the service or the taste of the food. First of all they have no dine in service and you have to order at the counter. Also, the portion was not as big for the price paid. Food was kind of ok but not like Wow!! Too expensive!! Over $50 for 2 dinner plates, egg rolls and an ice tea. No way will I be going back.

Service was good for my takeout order. Very polite staff. Food was okay, but not great. The shrimp pad thai was sweeter than it normally should be, and the vegetable yellow curry was also too sweet and salty at the same time.
