Butter cookie latte was amazing along with the red bean donut. Nothing like I've every tasted before. Very unique flavors. I'll be back to experience more of their offerings.

I ducked into HeeMee Coffee on my way out of Tucson—“just a quick caffeine stop,” I told myself. Famous last words. This downtown café-bakery with a Korean twist turned a pit stop into a full-on crush.

First sip: the Iced Cookie Butter Coffee. Think velvety, cinnamon-kissed nostalgia without the sugar bomb—balanced, creamy, and wildly aromatic. It’s dessert energy with specialty-coffee discipline. Then came the Dubai Chocolate. Wow. Deep, dark, and silk-smooth with a whisper of spice and perfume—like hot cocoa that studied abroad and came back enlightened. Both drinks were dialed-in and presentation-pretty, the kind of cups you photograph first and finish fast.

The space has that “stay awhile” hum—bright, modern, and warmed by the glow of the pastry case. You’ll spot Korean-leaning bakes and a small kitchen turning out food that makes you wish you weren’t on a schedule. I didn’t have time to eat, but the menu teased enough to guarantee my return: this isn’t just a coffee counter; it’s a café with a point of view.

Went here today for the first time for coffee. The coffee was good but the inside is so dirty 🤮 it makes you not want to order because if they don’t clean the inside area what makes you think they clean anything else for food prep or drinks. The girl was just on her phone when no one was there and didn’t bother to clean the tables around her or the counter 🤮.

I tried the cookie butter latte (my fav), the Dubai chocolate latte, and the churro latte all 5/5 lattes. The service was incredibly kind and quick. There was only one barista while we were there and she was able to whip all the drinks out very quickly props to her. I would shout her out but she looks busy. Overall I loved it here one of my fav coffee shops. Omg and there baked goods are to die for. Tried their cheese danish and croissant and they were yummy delicious.

Heard of HeeMee and finally got the chance to try it. My advice, grab a drink and avoid the food (can't speak on pastries). Yaki Udon sounded good and the description as well. Waited for food and realized it was being made somewhere in a backroom. Someone came out from the back with my meal. Seemed microwaved, eggs were rubbery as if microwaved as well. Caused the noodles to be slimy with water at the bottom of the bowl. Flavor was decent but had a slight sinkwater taste. I ate about halfway and found the rest to be a bit repulsive. For $11.50 yaki udon and a total order cost of $20, it was not a good deal.

On a good note, the dubai chocolate latte was great! Had real pistachios at the bottom and torani syrups were used to add chocolate decor. Espresso was light. If you want a stronger coffee, maybe order another shot. Overall, 2/5.

A diverse menu with delicious pastries and lunch entrees bringing Korean food to Tucson! Bing soo on the weekends is fun, but served in a cup which is difficult to eat, I think ktown in LA has better bing soo. Matcha is a bit grainy. Fun asian flavors to bring diversity to lattes. Bulgogi sandwich is great. KFC bowl was good but small protein portion.

Ok, but way too much plastic. All to go cups, plastic stirrers, etc. I don't want to generate 10000 years of waste every time I have a cup of coffee. Should be illegal.
