Refreshing Jasmine Milk Tea. A really cozy cafe with tables that would make for a good study spot or a great place to meet up with friends. The regular boba was cold and fresh. The tea I ordered was perfect. Not too sweet with a well rounded jasmine green tea flavor. Will be back for sure.

Tea is very good, not anything mind blowing but is still delicious. Although the main reason to come here is the aesthetic. Very comfy place to sit and get some work done and the employees are all very sweet.

Great little shop with good smoothies & tea. Service is outstanding.

Parking: Limited street parking but plenty of nearby parking... short walk.

Wheelchair accessibility: No need for Tampa & easily accessible.

The service is great! The employees are very friendly and deserve a raise!I love the spacious and diverse seating options! I love the commitment to the aesthetic! The couch and the chairs need to either be deep cleaned or replaced. There are visible stains on some of the furniture.

I drink Black Sugar Pearl Milk Tea ( Brown Sugar ) . Soft pearls, super delicious Cream Cheese layer. Milk tea is sweet, fragrant, and full of flavor.Spacious drinking seating , ideally , is across from the University of Arizona .Everyone should try it.

Heyy tea? More like bye tea! I asked the cashier if the taro milk tea had real taro, and she said yes. What I was served? Milk with some purple streaks on the side of my cup. It just tasted like milk. This was a signature drink by the way. Don’t get the Super Orange too. It tasted like store bought powdered orange juice and Emergen-C.

Tea was okay, but I would stay away from the food. They served me a slice of cheesecake from the deep-freezer and gave several strange excuses rather than taking it back.1) Apparently, they thought frozen would be helpful since it was to go and would defrost by the time I got home (I was dining in.) Then it turns out, 2) the unfrozen one had ran out so it was more out of desperation than anything. Then lastly 3) all their customers actually loved and preferred their cheesecake frozen!!So..... I was so dizzy from the excuses that I just gave up and tossed the block of ice that they refused to rectify in the trash.Tea.... 5 out of 5 for recipesFood... 0 out of 5. It was not food...Customer Service... 1 out of 5 (not the normal standard you're used to, just awkward lies and excuses and staring at each other awkwardly)

The place is very nice and coordinated. The drinks are usually good but sometimes the boba is hard and gets stuck in the straw.

Brown Sugar Milk Tea was very rich and flavorful, nice and cold beverage to take a break from the Tucsonan sun. One complaint would be that the boba were inconsistently cooked (some perfect, others distastefully hard in the center), but the atmosphere being conducive to studying made up for this. Would recommend!

The worst boba I had ever had, so hard to drink because the boba was stucked in the straw. The boba is too stiff, literally hurt my teeth. Was it cooked thoroughly??? Very disappointed and not recommended.

I’m sorry but if you serve overnight boba, so hard that it’s impossible to chew and suck on from the straw that my straw literally broke, then I’m gonna have to give a one-star review. I’ve never had something like this. Maybe I’ll give it another chance and try something without boba next time…
