The bartender lost my card & acted like “sorry” was okay. The manager said to just lock the card, report it lost & get a new one. Like I handed YOU my card how is this ok??

Very sad that security guards treating people like garbage. We had a good time and was finishing up our drinks and the tall skinny security guard came up to us in a rude way saying “ I’m gonna start being mean to you “in a intimidating tone . All we did is being polite , spent our money that will go towards your paycheck, there is no reason to be rude to the costumers. Other clubs did shut down permanently in area and if the security guards will continue treat people like garbage, club will go down as well. Just because we are there getting a drink and dancing, doesn’t mean that we are low life and do not deserve the same respect as we were giving you , baristas and the place . For that reason I will never get back to that place nor will my friends. The girls and guys who work at the bar was awsome. Security really needs to mature and grow up🤦🏻‍♀️Please provide them with body cams when they are on duty and review their performance regularly, they are “wanna be cops” and will drug the business downhill.

They can't keep their bill straight. They don't know what money to charge you. Their menu doesn't make sense on the well drinks. It's a goddamn mess. I wouldn't go back for nothing.

Parking: This isn't about the parking but just so you know if you're reading this anything that's on the website is not true. The menu on the website they don't have anymore. It's only bar food so until they can fix it you can go think you're getting something nice when you go in and all you're gonna get is junk bar food, because the website does not have the sliders and the other things that they show on the website the website is a joke

I came in here one time before earlier this year and the place was disgusting and filthy. I couldn't even use the bathrooms comfortably. I couldnt even force myself to eat something! It was horrendous. I decided to try again and went in last week and it was finally clean and pleasant! The bathroom was even usable! Whatever changed was definitely for the better, and hopefully continues to be that way

This was my first time coming to hifi and my experience was good i lost my card and I went back to get it and Kay put my card away and gave it back to me she was super sweet she made me a vodka cranberry is was really good the only thing I could say one of the bouncers was really rude tapped me on my shoulder really hard for me to move while I was trying to get through with people in the way these bouncers need to get checked and shouldn’t treat people this way it was 2 or 3 of them that were really rude to people they were pushing people and tapping people on there shoulders very aggressively i would come again but they need to put these bouncers in check

$72 for 4 drinks with a tip. They will charge you $16 service fee along with a facility fee. Unbelievably hilarious considering it's a crappy college bar in Tucson not some upscale Miami club. Won't be going back!

Service is terrible specially at night!
Bartenders are picky with who they are serving. Lexi didn’t want to take our order the second time and we never understood why.
We are paying a service fee and venue cost for no reason at this point if we aren’t going to receive good customer service. Not to mention my drink BARELY had liquor in it, it was just pure juice. They are acting greedy and desperate also tricking us into paying more with all of these additional fees. I used to love this place but no longer do with all of the changes especially with the customer service from bartenders.

This place is going down in any way. From charging for soda water is insane. They keep forgetting this is Tucson not Phoenix or Scottsdale!
Bartenders are weird nobody look happy and the girls are mean for no reason!
Food is garbage!
The only great thing I can say one of the secure guys is amazing. I think his name is Angel I just can’t remember it specifically.
And of course don’t let me start about the music they play lol. Just go somewhere else
