Great hotel, easy to park and get to my room. Breakfast is not included, and it’s really not that good when you pay the 20 dollars for an omelet either.

Furniture in our room was older, but everything was clean, front desk was super nice. I just wish Hilton would also offer a light cotton blanket, our 2nd Hilton this week that have lush thick comforters and we roast all night. I turn up the air which is a waste of energy!!Nearby activities: 6 miles from Sabino Canyon.

I stay here for business somewhat regularly. The location is good if you want to access the Huckleberry Loop or one of the nearby box stores. There are a lot of mild irritations with regards to the condition of the hotel. From closet doors that snap shut if you don't prop them open to extremely loud climate control systems, things seem like they could be a little better. The employees are nice and helpful though, so there's that.

Firstly, I would like to recognize the staff that work at this hotel. They were friendly and respectful which made the stay more enjoyable.Second, the facility itself is old, relatively dirty, and in a state of disrepair. I was originally in room 514. While it was a bit worse for wear, the biggest issue was the toilet leaked at the base every time it was flushed. The shower pan was stained from years of use. The front desk was very accommodating in giving me a new room after 2 days of trying to fix the toilet. The next room I was put in was 436. The cold water faucet for the sink constantly leaked, the sink randomly filled with water from the drain, and also gurgled in the middle of the night. The shower pan was dirty with pieces of caulk that was removed from the walls when they recaulked the tile. That was mentioned to the front desk as well but wasn't cleaned the next day. The carpeted floors throughout the hallways and restaurant looked like they never get vacuumed. They were dirty the entire 5 days I was there.I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

As a Diamond Hilton member, I stayed at this hotel for 3 separate business reservations in January, 2024. My first two stats were fairly decent with good service by the restaurant staff, even though some of my food was undercooked. Stayed there lo bc enough to receive personal mail twice. At the end of my last stay however a simple mistake was made. They charged my personal expenses to my corporate card unlike the previous two stays. I filled out a credit card authorization form so my pastoral expenses can be charged to my personal card instead of my corp card. All I wanted was a correction for accounting purposes for my company. I checked out February 1st, 2024 and I have called over 50 times to resolve the simple issue and the issue is not resolved. Not only that but they charged my personal card WITHOUT fixing the original receipt. My calls are ignored, transferred to managers or general managers who don’t answer their voicemails. A simple accounting error that can easily be fixed is being ignored and I’m being treated like a pariah. Their management and overall service is very poor. I will never stay at the location ever again. Maybe try the embassy suites down the road. They have better views but be careful, it might be managed by the same management.

Staff here was extremely friendly and helpful. However, the WiFi did not work in my room at all. The front desk agent even tried giving me another login option, and nothing. The room was clean but there was a lot of crust…behind the sink faucet in the bathroom.Safety: Hotel it self was very safe but don’t leave valuables in the car, several homeless people on edges of the parking lot.Walkability: This is not really a walking area of town but there is a bike trail right next to the hotel.Food & drinks: There is a well stocked cafe open 24 hours and restaurant was always full of people.
