It's very good. Clean rooms, great customer service. I'd recommend it to anyone at least once.

Covid-19-era visit. Everything shut down, as expected. Pool looks inviting when happier times return again. Nice little Lysol branded "seal" sticker on the door to our room. "Fridge" was available - possibly usually a mini-bar? Please keep it a fridge. Room was one of the nicest from our 10-day trip. Great bed. Nice shower. Lovely divan (or something) and desk in room. Extra pillows in closet. Staff quickly ran an extra blanket up to room. Quiet at night, except for when hotshot firefighters came in late and rowdy, but they've got a tough job, so I'm not trippin'.Front desk friendly. Coffee shop was open "24/7" with free water as a replacement for all the closed amenities. Ample parking. Great location, center of town. I suspect most guests are business travelers and conference attendees, but for vacationers, the hotel is an easy 15 minute drive to Saguaro National Park East (the less visited, bigger park, as I understand it) and also within range of every other tourist attraction. A stone's throw from CVS, In-N-Out, Starbucks, etc. Also not far from a great breakfast chain called "Bisbee Breakfast Club." If breakfast is not available at the hotel when you read this review, place an online order and get takeout from there. It's quite good, especially the Southwestern stuff if you're keeping to the theme.I chose this over some of the "fancier" resorts in the area. After reading the reviews, a lot of them sounded tired, and, of course, the nicer the hotel, the more likely they are to nickel-and-dime you with "fees" like forced-valet parking, paid internet, etc. etc. - none of that here. Quality stay for a fair price.

Great stay. Great staff. Not a lot open but it is understandable due to what’s going on in the country. Pool and Gym is open though and a temp store to purchase food/drinks etc. Thank you to the overnight lady, sorry I forgot her name, (Lexie I think). Will be back next time we’re in Tucson :)

Awesome! Incredible experience and will continue coming back many times!!!! But the nightshift lady on May 30th 2020 was really rude to me when I was getting back during the night. This is the only reason I'm giving a 2 star feedback. If you can do something about this rude employee, I can change my review to a much higher star rating!!! Thank you Hilton so much! Cheers!

Hotel was very clean & ready with Covid 19 precautions. Room was equally clean and with limited towels to be sure not to over stock, more available by request. Travel during this time is not easy, Hilton East made it safe & enjoyable.

Executive suit is a mediocre size room with one Queen bed. Trash cans had not been emptied and rooms were not cleaned beforehand. I was easy to find the lip balm and stale twizzlers under the front of the foot rest of the bed.

I love the hilton any where i go the Jacuzzi was a little small and there is no pool side service or breakfast being served at the moment

Fantastic hotel! The bar is absolutely top notch. Darin is an artist in the bar and has some small barrel aged cocktails he has created. Best "old fashioned" I have ever experienced!

The hotel itself is very nice and definitely worth paying more to stay here. My room was clean and everything about it was new and modern. The most importantly the bed was comfortable and pillows are plush. Breakfast was good as well. 2nd floor there’s a restaurant, I was a bit hesitant to try it out but it definitely exceeded my expectations. The ribeye steak was ONE of the best steaks I’ve had and I’ve been to many steak places that were a lot more expensive. Dari (Manager) suggested I get a steak and I have zero regrets. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about food! Very nice guy! And Wanda my waitress was super nice and very accommodating! Give it a try you won’t regret it!

For the most part I was pleased with my stay at the Hilton Tuscon East hotel. I had a one night reservation, checking in on a Friday afternoon with a Saturday morning checkout. I landed in Tuscon Friday morning and received complimentary shuttle service to the hotel which was about a 30 minute drive. The van driver was very personable, giving me details about the hotel since it was my first stay as well as things to do within the vicinity including shopping and dining within walking distance. Once I arrived at the hotel the check-in process was quick, smooth, and easy. For the guests convenience there's a small market beside the front desk which will provide everything from Starbucks coffee to chips, cookies, and beverages. The hotel has a 24 hour fitness center accessible by room key, a restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner as well as room service, and a business center equipped with printers. There are 3 elevators which lead up to the guest room floors. The guest rooms themselves are easy to find with the even numbered rooms on one side and the odd numbers on the other. Once inside the room you will find modern, clean decor, with the basic amenities included(iron, ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, towels). There were a couple of extras which you don't find in every hotel (complimentary bottles of water, an LED magnifying mirror, and a mini fridge). With all of these positives unfortunately there was one negative I experienced during my stay. The hotel walls are extremely thin! Throughout the course of the day/night I heard everything from guest conversations in the hallway and directly outside my window to televisions blaring and telephone conversations clearly in the next room. These things were minor to me but could pose a problem to someone looking for a little solitude, rest, and relaxation during their stay.

Good, clean, with helpful staff and recently updated rooms. The athletic room is quite weak. The pool is fine for kids and chilling, but not one to do laps in.
