Currently in the restaurant at this time. Waitress is extremely slow and forgetful. We did have a large party, but it not busy at this time. Food took forever to come out. It seemed as if the food wasn't made till we said something about the wait. The food came out almost 1 dish at a time. Burgers were dry, brisket sandwiches were cold. All in all a really bad experience!
Bar tenders take so long to take orders and are incredibly rude owner always yelling at her employees same as cook and they are incredibly rude food is always greasy

Wanna get over charged and get “Customer service with an attitude!” ? Def your spot! We ordered MVP fries and the fries tasted like they were microwaved after sitting out for awhile & they just tossed the freshly cooked meat and whatever else came with it on top. We had sent them back because the fries didn’t even taste edible. Server came back with attitude asking what was wrong with the fries and took them back. Never mentioned having to pay, or offering to remake it. We played for a few hours and spent lots of money on the batting cages and pool tables since we came in with a lot of family. Also ordered a few drinks. At the end of the night, try to cash out and realize the fries are still on there so we said something. Cook said we ordered it so we had to pay. Pay for something we didn’t even end up getting anything out of? Crazy work. They could’ve offered to remake it, advise us they’d still have to charge us and left it, or literally anything in the book to try to make it right but instead took the fries and still charged us. On top of that, she charged us an extra beer that we did not get. Tried to tell her they over charged us for an extra beer we didn’t get too and she said “oh well I can’t do anything about it I already charged the card” and tried to tell us to deduct it from whatever tip we were going to leave. I’m not one to leave many negative reviews but this was definitely a scam out of an extra $20 on top of everything else we got. Unprofessional, rude, and don’t have great customer service!

They charge you $2 for extra plate. A empty extra plate! What are they going to charge next.. Napkins! Food was ok, cinnamon bun was terrible, microwave taste
