So glad I purchased a thanksgiving meal from them - saved so much time and energy - just picked it up on Tuesday of thanksgiving week. Was well received. I especially loved the ham and turkey. I had had their ham before which was great again - super happy with the turkey, too. Perfectly cooked and sliced - and delicious- great flavor. Yum! A couple of the sides had a lot going on, although delicious, I craved more simplicity with the mashed potatoes. The sweet potatoes were awesome. I thought the value was great. Looking forward to ordering Christmas dinner there next. Excited to try their other main entrees. I recommend!

Went to pick up a half ham my wife ordered weeks ago.
We got there today and the lady said all the bigger hams on hold but not paid for had been removed to the prepaid orders.
So she offered us a 3.9 lb ham for $67 before tax! Thats like $20 a lb.
We should have had at least a 12 lb ham.
Even though we think, well my wife thinks their hams are better than most.
This service stinks!
We have ordered hams from them for sevrral years for Thanksgiving.
WE WILL NEVER BUY HAMS FROM THEM AGAIN!

I visited the store this morning unfortunately I lost my receipt, but I just wanted to give a big shout out to Sean, Linda and Brenda for their hospitality. The delicious food for everything. I will definitely be going back. They were fantastic.

This was my first visit and my last. My son gave me a hundred dollar gift card. He thought it would make thanksgiving easier on me. I pre ordered a whole boneless ham online. The staff was pleasant, unfortunately the manager was rude and more. They bagged it and handed it to me. I left and 1 light away I looked at it and it said half ham. Not what I ordered. I went straight back. The staff said the manager has to correct it. WOW that manger has no customer service. She Said they have to throw it away being I left the store She was rude and wouldn't stop talking about throwing it away. I regular worker said she would take it. She said no. She made me feel less than anything. They bagged it, not me. It wAs $118.
Please don't buy from the Broadway location.... The ham was delicious. The manager was horrific.

The only reason they don’t get a five is the online ordering process. They don’t have all the best deals easily organized and they charge convenience fees - but it is the only way to guarantee product during peak seasons. The staff in store however is five stars for sure, friendly, helpful and got more than I ordered online for less at the end of the day.
