(8/18/2025) Very Impressive selection of meats! Prices are displayed clearly and variety is apparent. Steaks, roasts, sausages, venison, fish, and seasonings and local honey. They had locally made tortillas that I will happily enjoy too. Clean place, organized items, professional friendly butchers too.
I have no idea what cut the handsome steak is but wow I drove from green valley to get a few steaks and 2 were the handsome cuts unbelievable so tender so flavorful will definitely go back for more
Staff was extremely helpful. Knew the answers to my questions and made suggestions as to a birthday dinner for my wife and I. The US Choice filet was as good as any US Prime filet we've had. Highly recommend it for that special dinner with your special person.
