All the food was super good! The table we had was perfect! Super private! The team of people working there were all super nice! The service wasn't super attentive, and the meal wasn't coursed out so it all came out at once which was weird. I'm sure if I asked they would have accommodated but weird that's not an automatic thing! But super cute and fun place :)
Delicious lunch, excellent service. Menu has something for everyone. Very enjoyable and will return. A special shout out to our server Margaret!
My amazing evening kicked off with a seamless valet parking experience, thanks to The HUB! Just drop off your keys and stroll right into the restaurant. We arrived early and decided to kick things off at the bar, where the bartender worked his magic, whipping up some absolutely fantastic drinks that set the perfect tone for the night. Once our friends joined us, we were promptly seated in the bustling main dining area, and the excitement continued to build! We started with a delicious array of appetizers, crispy cheese curds and warm pretzels smothered in tangy cheese, and they did not disappoint. For the main course, we indulged in some mouthwatering dishes: a juicy New York steak, a hearty pot pie, and wonderfully fluffy gnocchi. Each bite was a flavor explosion! And to top off this incredible meal, we couldn't resist trying their house-made ice cream, which was simply to die for. The service was impeccable, with our waitress ensuring we felt pampered throughout the evening. Overall, it was an absolutely unforgettable dining experience filled with great food, fantastic drinks, and delightful company!
Really yummy and creative food. Lots of vegetarian options and also very good meat sandwiches.
The food is excellent! Margaret, our server, is fantastic. She makes us feel welcome and is very accommodating. She helps us decide on the menu options.
We tried pistachio, a bourbon almond, and a rotating Nutella flavor, and they were all delicious
We always enjoy eating here. I like the new spaces. The fish and chips is always a winner. The ricotta gnocchi was really delicious.
Just a perfect early dinner before the play. Service and food were both excellent. Fish and chips, short ribs, NY strip and salad with chicken all rocked! The burrata appetizer was delicious though we could have used more bread. However, if we had it, how would we have eaten the rest of our dinner? Surprisingly, the ice creams were the low point. Too sweet. It had been a while since we'd been to The Hub but we will definitely be back soon.
The Hub is back in its original space, and looking good. We had a real nice dinner there last night. Still making delicious fish and chips! Somehow, our server asked us if we were celebrating our anniversary, to which we said no, but it was a couple of days ago. We were generously offered a complimentary dessert, which was awfully nice. When we thanked him but declined (we were full), he instead told us he was going to comp our appetizer! Just a really satisfying experience. Thanks, Hub!
Surprised that the food was average. Nice, casual atmosphere, attentive wait staff, but disappointed by food that seemed like the kitchen didn't care. The mac 'n cheese was bland and unseasoned. The fish part of the fish 'n chips looked appealing from the outside, but inside they had put some kind of sauce (remoulade?) that made the inside of the coating mushy, almost slimy. Every other restaurant downtown was booked up but the HUB, which is how we ended up there. Now we know why.

Our food was delicious and our server was great!! However, I was sad to see after the reopening the menu has been changed and the selection is smaller than it was before 😞
Food was mediocre at best. They really should adjust the mains on their menu. Pot pie was bland. Ordered the charcuterie board and that was strange. It had more broccoli on it than anything else. I would have let that all go and not put out a review, but the service was horrific. The waiter didn't refill our water and threw the clip board with the check on the table and never came back. Super disrespectful.
Dinner was amazing ! The food was superior, and although it was busy, our server was attentive and kind ; Class “A” experience.
We were a 4 top sat at two round tables, which was a little strange, and the misters were on when the sun was down and it wasn't hot, making it a little cool, but other than that everything that mattered was good. Food was great, service was great. Patio was relaxing. Calamari was tasty, and everything we ordered was delicious.
It was Mother's Day which I understand is busy BUT I had made a reservation early and we were seated in the club/bar area in an overflow section that seemed to be for families with kids. We had teenagers that look like adults. And behave like it too. They even brought a covered cup for one of our teens and it was ridiculous. I'm pretty sure the waiter was the bartender. He is probably a great bartender but it took us over 30 min for us to order and over an hour to get our food. The table was covered with a white table cloth and the chairs were white incomfortable rented chairs. It was so disappointing to not get the hub atmosphere. The steak sandwich, the hamburger and the pasta were not great. The fish and chips and salmon were good.
