I remember when Hungry Howies came to Tucson and opened its first location on Pantano, the pizzas were cheap and really good,It seemed they were in direct competition with Little Ceasers with the $5.00 pizzas. The pizzas back then came out hot and crispy bottom , middle done to perfection and the cheese perfectly applied, fast forward to today, the pizzas are more money and just not as good as they were at the time of their debut. No more crispy bottom, perfectly applied toppings.

Order AT HOWIE'S, the company that takes the delivery calls are hard to understand, are known to the order wrong, and aren't familiar with the specials.IF you CALL for delivery select the "check on/existing order" to be directed to the actual location.I love Hungry Howie's food. Specifically the freshness of each Ingredients and signature dishes.

My family love Hungry Howie's Pizza at Campbell and Ft.Lowell area! Is only 3 minutes away from my house! But we're confused, Where are Hungry's located now!?

This is now the second time I must write this review as well as have contacted hungrie howies corporate… If you want to work at a hungry howies location, just know the area manager Mike Perkins Jr does in fact have sexual relations and is in a relationship with his assistant manager Tiffany Tarpley at the Pantano location where he “coincidentally” works almost all of his shifts even though he oversees multiple stores. Also, according to other employees he has a open relationship with Tiffany; so he is also having relationships with his other general manager according to other employees as well. Oh I also left out that he is “HR” and no one over sees him according to his other assistant manager. It does not take a rocket scientist to imagine that atmosphere.

worst customer service line to order on.. hung up on at least 8 times finally recieved an american rep and completed the order called back to check order status on hold for 25 mins to find out the pizza was never delivered missed my entire lunch waiting for it to arrive and the campbell location is not showing listed on the website at all however its active

I called on 07/04/23 and was placed on a few minutes hold, when the staff picked back up, I was then told that I needed to wait on hold for another 15 minutes before anyone could take my order because the lobby was slammed. I waited on hold a few more minutes before hanging up and placing my order online.I drove a few blocks up the road to pick up my order and to my surprise the place was almost empty. I walked in waited a couple of minutes for staff to address me. I was so irritated that the staff would lie like that.The pizza was not good to me. Texture, taste, appearance was off putting.

This particular hungry Howie's has left me on hold for over an hour. I called at 12:40 am over 2 hours before they closed and now it's 2:00 am and they still have not answered. And when I called the first time they hung up on me! Absolutely awful store and terrible service.

I went online and found a AWESOME deal 50% off all large pizza's, you just have to pay online and BOOM!!! The food was ready at the time I set for pickup and I saved half of the total I paid. The pizza's were da-lish-us!!! Thank you Hungry Howies!
Ordered delivery, they made the pizza order incorrectly with no seasoning on crust. Did not bother to make good for their mistake. Won’t be ordering from this pizza chain anymore.
