Hadn't eaten at this IHOP in many years, and it's STILL got great service, with wonderful staff and lots to choose from on the menu. My recommendation for a breakfast plate is the Big Steak Omelet. It hits the spot!

Unfortunately this place was NOT good. We waited 30 mins to get our order taken. My dad had to ask a host if we can get service. Once we finally got a server she took our orders, I ordered an appetizer which took an additional 30 mins to come out and even then it was BURNT! To top it off my dad was the one basically serving us as he got up to ask for sugar and creamers for our coffees. Not to mention this place wasn’t even busy to lack service this badly. The people sitting behind us even spoke to a manger to advise of the service and their food coming out late and completely wrong. We walked out and our server watched because she knew they weren’t providing service the way they should. I do not recommend this restaurant. Try a different ihop.
This night came fam of 4 and at first I thought service was unusually slower then norm. I seated my family and we waited as patiently as possible and just when I was about to say let's go Candence the waitress came and apologized and told us that her reliver never showed... I was shocked and on top of that her manager was calling as she was trying to deal with a huge party table and just people showing up.I could see in her face her dedication to keep going at the same time saw how much she was hurting...She was here for her whole shift and probably hasn't had a break in God knows how long...I cannot believe no manager showed up. I have been here since 630pm it is now 750pm and we did end up getting our order after watching a lot of people storm out.I commend the cook and Candence for sticking through probably one of their worst work experience. I couldn't imagine.I hope they fire the reliever and I hope whoever the manager is gets a good talking too as well.I decided to stay because through everything Candace kept going and I love to see a genuine hard worker.In fact I'm going to see if she wants to work at my company and get paid more.IHOP doesn't deserve her.Great job Candace I'm so happy you made it through this and the cook.I give Candace and cook 5 stars.I hope she calls me I have a better career that would suit her perfectly!
