My husband and I got a milkshake and the chicken and waffles. He had never tried them before. And let me tell you something! It could not of been a better time to try them bc the food was PERFECT! We ordered to go which the server made sure our order was out to catch the bus in time. The server was so nice and helpful I wish I caught her name but keep up the good work hun! The restaurant was clean. Only thing I would say is turn the AC down. It was so damn cold in there I was shivering. Other then that, we could not if had a better experience!

This place is not “African-American” friendly. The staff appeared to be nice and accommodating when we came. The wait wasn’t long to be seated. The problem is after we were seated and ordered our food we literally waited for our food for 45 minutes. And when it did come the order was wrong. We were the only ones of our kind there and people who came after us not only got their appetizers before our food but were also served their food before us. There were 5 of them and just 2 of us. Go figure!! We did bring it to the managers attention and she was apologetic and offered us something else. We kindly refrained but we didn’t have to pay which was nice just not a good feeling leaving this establishment

I placed an order for pickup. It has been several months since we've last eaten there. I don't know what's happened to this restaurant but their quality has gone down hill. I ordered the ricotta mixed berry crepes and they didn't come with any berry sauce as indicated. My husband ordered the strawberry ones, there was maybe eight small pieces of strawberries for four crepes, that's just ridiculous. The bacon tasted like it had been sitting there quite awhile and was overcooked. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again and will advise our friends family and coworkers of this as well.

Bad customer service, rude employee when sitting and asked for window and out in booth instead, handed warm old milk for coffee, utensils were nasty and stained after they said was washed, handed an orange juice with a mark on the cup before inspecting the cup, food not cooked correctly and waited for more then 30 mins and still poor service heard them talking in the grill with manager and other employees about us complaining. Very rude service recommend not go there ever again!

Food was good but this place needs maintenance. It looks beat up and outdated compared to other locations.
Arrived at the restaurant and they were empty, Waitress was sick coughing, and just unpleasant. We ordered appetizers and did not get them until the rest of the food arrived. The chicken strips were burnt, and My Crepes were incorrect. The food left the entire family with upset stomachs. For a Valentine's day dinner out I was very unimpressed and will not return to this IHOP again.

I went this morning with the children, they charged me 4 times for the food and the girl told me that my card had not been passed and she returned the Targeta to me again, so I consider them to be inexperienced, I was sad because in front of all the people I threw my Targeta and She said it didn't happen when the mistake was hers, now I hope they return my money, hire professional people and I won't return to that place.

My husband and I went right after his appointment when we got there, there was 3 other couples waiting to be seated we waited another 10min and more ppl were coming in so there was at least 15 more ppl waiting so I went to see what was the hold up I asked a waitress because I couldn't find anyone else so I told her that we were and others were waiting to be seated I just wanted to know how much longer would we have to wait to be seated She was very rude she told me Maybe another 20min so I just told her ok Thank You So 3 min later this guy comes in and started seating 4 couples that's it the place wasn't even packed at all I would of understood if they were really busy and the place packed but that wasn't the case so we left oh the waitress that told me that she's liked 5'4 or 5'6 and dirty blond hair My Husband always goes to IHOP restaurants Right after Appointments or during breakfast or Lunch and Never experienced anything like this
