I don’t even know where to start here, but I’m gonna start by saying I walked in for a birthday breakfast for my baby brother only to instantly start to get harassed by a very irritating person sitting right next to me that would not stop clapping their hands as hard as they could and every 30 seconds or so this would go on!!!! Then you got another crazy person on the other side of the restaurant yelling at the top of his lungs literally the entire time I was there……. then you got the manager and employees that will not say a word to them and just allow them to harass all their non-suspecting paying customers that are just trying to enjoy their meal! If anything, they are taking the disruptive persons side saying there’s nothing they can do? well yeah actually there is a lot they can do…..they can ask them to leave due to them harassing all their other customers, but nobody has any backbone anymore to do anything especially all these big franchise joke of companies, I would expect big franchise to be held at the highest standards but in this case it was literally the opposite!!!! Absolutely sickening and a really bad experience for all of us in that restaurant

Janessa has a positive and sunny disposition with fast and attentive service. One recommendation is to not marinate the steak in coke...too sweet. Otherwise, awesome experience.

I will only respond to commenters who directly address a specific point(s) which has been made in the video. Wow... and not in a good way unfortunately! Go there to satisfy your curiosity maybe. One of the 2 female servers who works closing shifts, saw me walk in at around 8:30 pm when they close at 10 pm. She gave me a belittling smile while saying, "Oh god... you gotta be out of here by 9:30" and then she turned around. I replied with, "good evening, [name]. Nice to see you too." She ignored me and kept her back facing me. The next time I came in, she gave me crap for arriving at around 8:50 pm. She got pissed off and didn't hide it that I'm someone who could arrive between 8 and 8:30 pm and still not be walking out of there until sometime between 9:45 and 10 pm. How dare I, right? Maybe because I order 3 dishes and eat slowly because it's more comfortable and healthier. My right. She wanted me out by 9:30 so I couldn't possibly prevent her from leaving as early as she could. Kitchen closes at 9:30, she can cash out at 9:30 and... if there's any customers left in the place preventing her from leaving, it better not be me! Wow... again. I had told her that she was acting like someone who didn't enjoy her job very much. Her response, "I love my job! You're the only one I don't like." Can totally tell that she loves her job with how quick she was to deny it and her eagerness to leave as early as the system can allow. She called me rude and condescending and stated that I need to show more respect. I mentioned the respect I show by proactively offering to pay before 9:30 pm so the cash out can happen ASAP. She gave an insulting whoop-dee-doo response to that. Well, I could easily have been rude and condescending towards her a few times when I was in the process of defending myself. It was retaliatory. There's other restaurants that I frequent and I get along great with all the servers. No other server has treated me (bullied me) like that. Not one! Had a fantastic experience at IHOP, thanks to Dev! Even though it was super busy, he handled everything like a pro—friendly, efficient, and attentive. We regularly take our grandkids here. The staff treats them as special as we feel they are. We love the staff, service and food.

Kid-friendliness: They make the pancakes exactly the way our grandkids ask. Even when it might raise a grandpa's eyebrow.

This is the second and the last time I order crepes. Both times I had skinny flat pancakes with a few strawberries cut up on top. No filling or sauce. First time was during covid and I understand it was hard to get help. This time my husband ordered carryout and it was to late in the evening to take them back. We are done with this restaurant.
