We regularly take our grandkids here. The staff treats them as special as we feel they are. We love the staff, service and food.
Kid-friendliness: They make the pancakes exactly the way our grandkids ask. Even when it might raise a grandpa's eyebrow.

This is the second and the last time I order crepes. Both times I had skinny flat pancakes with a few strawberries cut up on top. No filling or sauce. First time was during covid and I understand it was hard to get help. This time my husband ordered carryout and it was to late in the evening to take them back. We are done with this restaurant.

Just wanted to get a quick meal before I finish my Christmas shopping decide to go to ihop, I get in wait to be seated I get this young waitress doesn’t say hello just takes my menu and walks to my seat without saying follow me or anything which was super awkward. Then I sit down not even a min goes by she says “you ready to order?” I say no and she walks away saying nothing I was like wth. She wasn’t talkative at all. It was just odd to me. I hear and see how she treats other people she waiting completely different attitude more positive and talkative. I felt kind of discriminated against. I’ve never met this waitress before just didn’t understand her problem with me, I didn’t want to pull this card but I just couldn’t ignore the fact her other customers she was treating nicely were white, and I am Hispanic. I was about to leave because I only got a water but an awesome waiter named Jabari apologized and offered to take over. Had a great experience with him and gave him a 20$ tip after my meal. This ihop should double check their hiring process if they’re hiring racist waitresses.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to IHOP was very disappointing. The food took over an hour to arrive, and when it finally did, it was far from acceptable. My sirloin steak was overcooked, and everything on the plate was cold. It felt like the meal had been sitting out for a while before it reached the table.
The one redeeming factor was our waitress, who was friendly and attentive despite the delays and issues. She did her best to make up for the kitchen’s shortcomings, but overall, the experience left a lot to be desired.
While I appreciate the good service, I wouldn’t return based on this visit. When dining out, hot, well-prepared food is a basic expectation, and unfortunately, IHOP fell short this time.
