The Manager Sean handled an issue very professional. Definitely, recommend this IHOP. Exceptional and amazing staff, too.
This IHOP has a reputation for slow to no service. We went on a Sunday hoping that they would bring their A-game service. We were wrong. Took 25 minutes before our waiter came to take our order. At this point we were ready to order our drinks and food. Took 20 minutes before we got our drinks. 35 minutes before we got our food. The syrup was almost out, so we asked for more syrup. By the time it came, we had finished eating the pancakes, dry. Food was good. Typical for IHOP. So no real complaints there. Our waiter was very nice. Just not around. And very slow.
Unfortunately this is par for the course at IHOP. And my own fault for expecting more.
It is quite honestly unbelievable how many times they get our order incorrect. I finally made a complaint directly with their survey. The manager Ryan called me to my surprise. Was apologetic and offered our next meal on the house. Today we took the free meal. They went over the order with us, my husband asked if there was whipped cream for the tres leches pancakes and they confirmed. Get home and no whipped cream. Not to be overly critical but tres leches isn’t the same without whipped cream in my opinion. It’s disappointing to have even double checked and still failed to include it. The app asks how you like things to be cooked and that is often disregarded, portion sizes are not consistent.

This location is always dirty and smells and they hire nothing but young ppl who don’t care about service will never come back to this location or ihop ever
Came to pick up my take out order and they said it wasn’t ready yet. I waited 30 minutes and asked how much longer it was going to be. They said oh your order has been right here the whole time. I told them I didn’t want a cold order and to refund me. Ridiculous and incompetent. Won’t be back.
Don't bother. Server Cory is rude doesn't even say hi. Im assuming that the name is Cory because thats what the tag said. You can say thank you to him after he brings you a drink and then wait another maybe 10 minutes to still be unacknowledged. VERY VERY RUDE will not return

Mostly good, great wait staff, but pricier than anticipated. They wouldn't accept reservation but 2 of us went earlier and they accommodated our group of 9.

We visited the Marana, AZ store last night. Our server was Josh B., and he was excellent! We were a party of four, and he didn't make a single mistake. He helped my friend bundle her food items to make a more cost-effective combo, and made me the best custom-made milkshake I've ever had! He was engaging, and endearing, yet still served us in a professional and competent manner. He was definitely there to do his job, not just to make spare pocket money. My food was hot and delicious. All four of us were thrilled with his service and attentiveness, All four of us are picky eaters, so what this guy pulled off was nothing short of a miracle! Please give this wonderful person a raise, and a promotion (if he wants it). He definitely seems capable of doing much more for the company...maybe even in a supervising-type capacity. Thank you, Josh B., for a great evening!
