I went here on prom and a server Ryan spilled drinks on my friend. It was fine since people make mistakes until I was talking about it with my other friends that also went to IHOP after prom and they said that they got drinks spilled on them and they knew other groups that got drinks spilled on them by the same person. Can’t help but assume he was doing it on purpose. Good food otherwise. The lady serving us was very kind especially for it being a busy night and putting up with teenagers.

We went there yesterday for Easter. Even though the place was packed , we were seated promptly, and our food came promptly. It was delicious. Our server was great! Her name was Janet. She was very friendly, efficient and even though she had a lot of tables, she was calm and brought our food out quickly, and checked on us! She's the best! The place was really clean too.

I went there at 4 am in the morning, on two different occasions. At both times the waitress Katy greeted us with a welcoming smile and looked after us like as if it was it was just a regular lunch hour. The food was well prepared by the chef Missy and everything was fresh. It has been one of the best diner experiences despite of the odd hours I was there.

We only ate here once. But the experience was fine. What made this experience unique is that when I sat down here with my family, some guest overheard my conversation and decided to chime in. Nice thing I knew half of our dinner was just talking about steroids. Lol. Didn’t stop me from enjoying my dinner, but I could’ve went without.
We did get seated right away, but after almost 20 min where nobody came to our table, we left. On our way out, I tried to stop a worker to ask for a manager, and they weren’t even available. Very sad service!

Everytime I come here they seem to be under staffed and over worked ...the downsized menu sucks in comparison to the old oneKid-friendliness: Kids can always find something they want and if they have the kids eat free special going on you have to ask for their meal to be put on as free they will NOT automatically do it for you and they don't seem to really advertise it anymore
