We have been frequenting the IHOP in Glen Carbon IL since it’s reopening. Our experience has been great. Credit given to our sweet waitress Makenna C. She is the perfect waitress, she has a great personality and makes you feel so welcome. The food is great and being gf, I truly appreciate the gluten friendly pancakes and other menu items.

We had a wonderful experience at the IHOP in Orlando Universal Studios. Food was great and the service and hospitality was outstanding. I want to especially compliment Mimoun-Chouikhi for his incredible hospitality but also for his kindness. We had accidentally left our wallets in the hotel and he was so kind to let my husband run back and get his wallet. I was not feeling well and he let both of us go. He didn't make us feel bad. That kind of hospitality needs to be celebrated. That interaction made us IHOP fans for life.

I worked at Lexington nc ihop before but I had to quit due to some personal reasons bc I had just had a baby end of April and started at the end of June so I had to leave due to personal issues and I called back November 2025 to reapply and the had told me “never call about working here again bye” and that’s discrimination against employeeemnt and I had issues before when I worked there and when I was hired I clearly stated I would be slow at first bc I’d just had a baby and need to go slow bc of having a baby i was a minor at the time now I’m a adult and I would recommend working at ihop in Lexington nc they are very discriminatory

During our recent visit we wanted to shout out our server Angela! She was incredibly efficient and always had a smile on her face very welcoming and friendly. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and different options even making some suggestions that made our dining experience special. She made sure our coffee /drinks were always topped off and checked in on us at the perfect times. We will definitely be coming back very soon!

IHOP Marion Illinois. Only a 20 minute wait on a Sunday after Church then it took only 5 to 10 minutes to get waited on
And get our food which was hot and delicious. Our Server was Brock and he was EXCELLENT ‼️‼️

used to love it but the dry liquid eggs that taste like hospital eggs were gross! They weren't busy so no need to make a huge batch(I could tell,worked a breakfast place for years) and my sausage was deep fried.Again I know from experience. Cold toast and Biscuits and gravy comes with a small container of gravy that only covered one side of the biscuit. And only having regular syrup now is ridiculous. No wonder it was dead on s Saturday morning. Quality of good has gone way down!

the location in Elizabeth city NC was absolutely horrible service and food and I love ihop this just pushed me away and I do not recommend this location 😑 I am definitely saddened by this experience food sent back over basic instructions given when ordering only to be brought out to multiple wrong tables before finally presented to me and when done only to receive someone else's check after we've Already paid nonetheless o never even ate all of my food due to the entire experience check number 54 today's date around lunchtime they will know because for the first time in my entire adult life as a a customer I left no tip $0
