the location in Elizabeth city NC was absolutely horrible service and food and I love ihop this just pushed me away and I do not recommend this location 😑 I am definitely saddened by this experience food sent back over basic instructions given when ordering only to be brought out to multiple wrong tables before finally presented to me and when done only to receive someone else's check after we've Already paid nonetheless o never even ate all of my food due to the entire experience check number 54 today's date around lunchtime they will know because for the first time in my entire adult life as a a customer I left no tip $0

if you order online, good luck getting anything close to what you ordered. many many many orders later we finally give up because it's always wrong or missing stuff. it's only good if you go there in person and even then they always forget to bring your fruit

We went in there because it was my friend birthday so he wanted the birthday pancakes special free they could not do it because they didn’t know how to do the promo that was on there web sight and the manger was terrible was no help call the I hop line and was told someone would call no has called this was east providence riots would never go there

We were not greeted and after 10 minutes asked if we should just seat ourselves, told to just wait....that was the best part of the visit. 124th and center in Omaha Ne. worst service ever.

We stopped at the Joplin, MO. IHop this morning...we were very unhappy with the amount of cat hair ALL over our waitress! I mean her ENTIRE outfit was COVERED! We asked for the manager and couldn't believe the women that came out was the same unfriendly, dirty, no teeth women that didn't greet us when we came in! We will NEVER return! We did offer to go ahead and pay for our half eaten breakfast but, she preferred we didn't.

Don't recommend or will never go there again. They fired a 13 yr employee for buying a homeless person a meal in Lakeland FL.
I will Never give another penny to this company after the North Lakeland, Florida location just fired a young lady who dedicated like 13 years to this company and was fired because an elderly homeless man came in and said he was hungry. she bought the pan a stack of pancakes with her own money. The manager screamed at her. They humiliated the man and after many years of dedication and even then her going as far as to apologize to the boss. They Fired her, 4 days before Thanksgiving. Shame on the boss and the General Manager for these actions. I have tagged local news people on my page and I hope they expose what a crappy company this is.
