Visited this location in south Tucson,AZ. Burgers as always great. Service was outstanding. Location too crowded and dirty.

I ordered at the drive thru and there was a big line but it was moving really fast. I waited no more than 5 minutes. Service was great, very nice employees and food was delicious. The protein style is great for gluten free diet and more healthy.

I switched up the scene, having ordered a triple paddy and no cheese. I had to get a strawberry shake, too. There is something about the shake that combos best with their fries. The customer service (work culture) is always a breath of fresh air. You all are great...see you soon!

Don't let this be a reflection on the restaurant employees. But had to remove some stars for the constant crappy customers that literally fill this place to the brim. Rude inconsiderate gross people in nearly every seat. Almost would say don't bring your kids.

Always good, always consistent, great service. The burger was great, the fries scorching hot, straight from the fryer - just the way they should be. My only comment about my last visit was that the place was a bit unkept. Full trash cans all over the restaurant including the restrooms.
Food is what you would expect for INO. Service was good. Pricing the chain used to be known for is slowly eroding to being on par with any other chain in the area. If you like INO you’ll like this spot.
