I can't believe how great their food is for the price. They always have a full staff and pay decent wages, fresh ingredients and delicious food for half the price of McDonald's or other fast food. Bravo

Makes me sad that they mess up your food and when you go back to complain about it they wont make it right just expect you to pay for the order again and keep it moving definitely will not be coming back which is a shame been bringing family and friends here for 20 years

Wonder why In-N-Out is always so busy? It's always so good!! We went inside because of the long drive-thru line. We were waited on right away, and our food was out fast. It was great as usual ☺️ Also... it was my husband's choice restaurant for his birthday 🎂

Certain times can be pretty busy like anywhere but service and quickness is great. I'm from Indiana, so for me the burgers tasted a little different but was still tasty. Only thing I didn't like a lot was the fries. Just tasted very plain, unless you used ketchup.

I've been eating here on and off since 2005, the customer service is what brings people back, the speed of service is just a plus. The work culture is a breath of fresh air; people have shown to be at their best, no matter how busy it gets. From Cali, to Dallas, and Arizona....I'll always be a fan. Get everything Animal Style, extra onions, and always make room for a strawberry shake.
Disappointing experience for my fav burger place...it was packed, so to get burgers that weren't hot or juicy (extremely well done and dried out) to cold fries...very, very disappointing Keep in mind, I love In & Out to the point that this was my first stop after getting off the plane last night
