Certain times can be pretty busy like anywhere but service and quickness is great. I'm from Indiana, so for me the burgers tasted a little different but was still tasty. Only thing I didn't like a lot was the fries. Just tasted very plain, unless you used ketchup.
I've been eating here on and off since 2005, the customer service is what brings people back, the speed of service is just a plus. The work culture is a breath of fresh air; people have shown to be at their best, no matter how busy it gets. From Cali, to Dallas, and Arizona....I'll always be a fan. Get everything Animal Style, extra onions, and always make room for a strawberry shake.
Disappointing experience for my fav burger place...it was packed, so to get burgers that weren't hot or juicy (extremely well done and dried out) to cold fries...very, very disappointing
