In-N-Out has fries that are crispier than average. They offer a burger in a lettuce wrap which I super appreciate (they call it protein style), I like the uniforms and decor because it's reminiscent of a '50s diner (that's as far as it goes though). Best of all, the busy staff are always so friendly and helpful. The main downside: parking is always a challenge in that weird-shaped, crowded parking lot. It's always packed and sometimes there's a wait to allow people in or out.

I'm not a big burger person, but when I do I like In N Out because the burgers are good and I can get my burgers protein style. Also, the employees are well trained, amicable and actually come around and check in with you. They came around and asked if I needed more napkins or a refill in my drink. I saw the servers make small talk and converse with the customers. If you're in the mood for a burger and a good experience, this is the place.

Drive thru maybe backed up but it is quick to get a fantastic burger!! Very nice to get your pet dog a beef patty.
Great service, with attendants checking in and helping with everything. They were exceptional and I will be back. I highly recommend this location!

Order was not complete, Did get corrected. Burgers were approaching overdone/burnt, which should have been easy to not do since they were so thin and small, one flip to cook through. But then again, nearly every restaurant is reducing portion sizes, so not totally unexpected. Sad, one of our favorite restaurants when out west has gone with the crowd and the times. I hope better times for our businesses and our country are on the way.
