Worst ever experience in 30 plus years of eating at In N Out! The girl taking orders at the drive thru was very careless. Instead of moving cars forward and closing in a 4 car gap, she kept cars in the roadway which is very dangerous! She was extremely rude and did not repeat our order when I asked her to which was wrong! She stated she got my order!! Next, the girl at the drive up window also had a bad attitude as if she disliked her job. She was rude and did not give me my French fries, but asked if I wanted ketchup. When I asked for my fries she stated I never ordered them! I thought every combo came with fries, I replied. Then she charged me I guess again for them. I asked why everyone working here tonight had a bad careless attitude and she shut the window on me. By the way the burger I ordered was disgusting. I will never give another dollar to this establishment especially the way they treated me. I chose to eat here when I could’ve honestly chose a more inviting establishment who appreciates their customers. Shame on me for giving them a cent, but never again…

Food is so good! The quality is perfect and the service is phenomenal! Never gets the order wrong. Staff are really nice and professional. The place is actually clean all the time along with the bathroom. Public restrooms and handicap accessible restrooms and parking. Very good prices too.
