DON'T order delivery during the day if you hate DD as much as I do. But the workers at the actual cookie shop and the cookies themselves are wonderful. I highly recommend them! But only after 7 when they have their own delivery drivers, or to pick up. Because DD sucks. Bad. Double chocolate mint cookies are like a thin mint on steroids, fantastic.

Last 2 times I came I had the best customer service from a bald gentleman with glasses very respectful.. & the manager Lentecia. I think her name is she is great too.. and the coookies 🤤🤤🤤 are the best and the ice cream is orgasmic! Amazing love this place ❤️

Absolutely phenomenal experience. My girlfriend and I wanted a late night snack, and Insomnia being open late, we decided to stop by. We went it wanting 2 m&n cookies in which they just sold out. They said it would be 4 minutes wait and we waited happily. We got ice cream and when the cookies were done, they gave us 4 cookies for free!

Don't leave reviews really ever, but genuinely some awful staff here. Cookies are alright, but not worth feeling unwelcome as soon as I'm ordering. Not only unfriendly, but overcharged me after they misput my order after I previously repeated my order at least 4 consecutive times. There was one really lovely man at the counter who genuinely made my day, but I find it hard to want to come back when some of the other staff are so tactless. I think I'll be baking at home until that changes sadly

Good cookies, but extremely high pricing and relatively clueless staff. Asked for a 3 scoop chocolate ice cream brownie, did not get the brownie. Had to pay an extra few bucks for the brownie seperately.

I’ve read some other reviews. .A little pricey?? I ordered through DoorDash and yes there’s are some charges added, but 23 dollars for 1 tiny 2 inch diameter cookie and what basically amounted to around 6 table spoons of ice cream was BEYOND Absurd. And the ice cream was terrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
