They are temporarily closed due to flood damage from a storm a couple weeks ago. Same with Urban Pita...until further notice...but I've definitely been craving their cookies, brownies and blondies...soooo good and the service is as well.

I placed in a order and it didn't even get delivered to the right location. Even got a picture of the place of delivery. It was somewhere outside, who knows where. Didn't get call to asked about the location. I would have been more than happy to help or even meet the driver outside. No call no contact from them and just left it outside and "completed" the ordered. The picture attracted to this review is the picture they took.

Just stopped by Insomnia Cookies. Felt welcomed as soon as we opened the door. Didn’t catch his name, but he was very good and you can tell he truly valued and enjoyed being there. Great service and the cookies being great was the icing on the cake. Got the chocolate chunk and the oatmeal chocolate walnut and both were amazing. Warm, crunchy edges and soft and melty inside. So good!!! Great experience overall. To the employee, keep up the great work sir!!!!

Roman is amazing!!! Always a delight, always has a smile on his face and always greets my daughter with a free cookie. A true example of exemplary customer service.The new manager however, I would avoid her energy, her lack of enthusiasm and her lack of generosity. A bleak experience when she is there AND she does not offer cookies. What a drastic contrast to my other favorite employee mentioned. Really puts a damper on the place where I typically would recommend to others to take a visit...now not so much. A food experience is a combination of the energy you're met with AND quality of food. I would take neither for granted and only recommend this place when Roman and other employees like him are there.
