Tasty! All you can eat sushi, including Unagi. Good selection of regular and hand rolls. Weekends usually have a reasonable wait time to get seated, however its well worth it. One of my favorite places to eat sushi. The service is good, wait time for plates isn't bad. Overall this place is definitely top of the list for all you can eat sushi.

Patience is key. The restaurant was super busy and we did have to wait, but the servers were too kind and they have superior customer service and satisfaction to any other sushi place. Their rolls and specialties are one of a kind and it's difficult to find anything like it within 100 miles. Each roll was amazing. From the quail eggs to the ikura to the specialties rolls, everything was the freshest and simply the best. Who knew fish could taste so fresh in a land locked state a few hundred miles from the nearest ocean? Definitely beats any sushi place in Phoenix if you ask me.

Decided to get some sushi with my partner, and we found this place as it is one of the only few all you can eat sushi places we found in the area. (We’re from Nevada, so all you can eat and buffets are not as much of a rarity) First walked in; we were greeted with friendly service and found it was a seat-yourself style restaurant. Immediately asked us what we wanted to drink, let them know we needed some time. That was about the quickest service we had received while here, however. We asked for our drinks and we filled out our papers for what we wanted, waited 15 minutes for someone to come by. We let them know what we wanted to drink. We waited about 30 more minutes for our food which did not come with our drinks…. so we asked again for our drinks, waited another 15 minutes, and finally got them haha. We had to wait for our second round of food and the check had to be asked for twice as well after waiting another 15 minutes. The waitress was very kind, the atmosphere was relatively comfortable

The service was great. The waiters were really in top of their orders.. The ladies were very nice. One of the waiters was arguing with a lady that was selling some type of food outside.. other then that the food was great I would return and eat there again. The prices are reasonable.

IOU Sushi III has become mine, my families, and my friends favorite sushi place We love that all that everything on the menu practically, is part of the all you can eat. They have always done a great job making our sushi! My friend introduced to this place almost two years ago and I've been there probably 6 times now Every time, the place has been clean and the food has been excellent! The atmosphere is kinda lame though. Feels like a fast food restaurant. That would be the only complaint I would have Would be nice to have better seating or a more interesting atmosphere but it doesn't really matter when I'm really just going there to eat their amazing sushi

The worst gross sushi ever, they put waaay too much rice , Restaurant isn’t clean at all sooo sticky and a lot of dusts everywhere even the restrooms. The food took forever to come haha Over 50 mins of waiting And the surprise is they charge you if you have left over 🙄 I mean sorry!!!! How can I eat that !! Food was great, service was pathetic. Prepare to wait for everything, including the check. Multiple times the staff saw our table and walked away or turned around. We needed water, another round of sushi, a fork… we even stacked the plates at the edge of the table to show them we were ready for more sushi. And the check, I had to stop one of them just to ask for it. Horrible attention to your surroundings. Do people folks cause the sushi was awesome!
