I walked in and sat at a table, sat there for 10 minutes and no one spoke to me. No menu, nothing. I finally just got up and left. I travel for work and am always asked about good places to eat. NOT HERE

Both steaks ordered med rare, 1 came well done, the other medium well. ?we called in advanced, told you were door dashing, and asked if they were canned sodas because we wanted fountain drinks, was assured fountain soda would be delivered...got bottled. Ordered baked potatoe which had a chunk that was undercooked, not edible undercooked, plus no butter just 2 sour creams. Mac and cheese tastes gritty with no cheese taste.. looks beautiful and flavorful looking until you are once again disappointed. I'm so sad.... never again.

Great food, Great service, Great drinks! We had a big party of eleven people and the staff was attentive and super friendly. The Tengo Mango drink was sensational! We started with the Calamari, some of the best we've had and Fried Pickles for starters, super tasty! The salads were a meal in themselves and the rolls with cinnamon butter were delicious! We all ordered a variety from the menu, steaks, ribs, chicken, fish and salmon...all cooked to perfection! Definitely try the Cheesecake and Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie! Our server, Karime, was delightful! We'll be back soon!

The “potato skins” are terrible, more like skimpy potato slices. The service was good. Benjamin was awesome. Hopefully their other food is better. Skip the “skins”...waste of money..only gave it any stars cause of service

Father's day celebration with four pinacky Dads - They had a very relaxing experience!! No loud noises, casual attire, professionally dressed servers, and serving sizes where normal for the price. Upscale decor with a relaxed feeling, reservation time was honored and enjoyed happy hour prices $Looking forward to sharing this atmosphere with other family/friends i n the near future ?

Nice comfortable atmosphere. Prices are good for a steak house. Very diverse menu.

Since they removed my review I will repost...Over priced, the kitchen can't cook for the life of them, the complimentary bread is a joke...go to Texas Road House you get unlimited bread. The wait staff sucks!! Good luck lasting on the South Side...I will stick to "SILVER SADDLE" THE BEST STEAKS IN SOUTH TUCSON. I WOULDN'T SEND MY ENEMY TO THIS PLACE.

Went in with family from out of state for the first time. We were not impressed!! The server was nice, but the food was not so nice. We ordered the shrimp appetizer, small shrimp that were still frozen and the price is too high for the small amount you get. A few of us ordered steak, med rare...well mine was med-well and tough, the asparagus was still raw and very bitter for the 2 of us that had ordered it, now keep in mind we paid extra for it and even told the server, all we got was oh I'm sorry and walked away. They have a desert menu but don't trust it! Not only did it take them 20 mins to bring 2 deserts to the table, but they claim to have chocolate cake with a berry drizzle over it. This is not the case, it is actually chocolate with caramel drizzle. When the server was told its not what is on the desert menu she said well that's how it's made. Needless to say it went back to the kitchen and removed from the bill. While waiting for the Deserts to come out, the cook came out and walked through the dining area to another location...his pants sagging and underwear hanging out....I have never been in a family dining restaurant where this is acceptable. Needless to say, our entire family did not enjoy the experience here and looks like we won't be back. I think the manager needs to really look at the food process and revisit the prices as I will go to Texas Roadhouse before I go back and pay the same price for low quality food.

Great place kitchen was a little slow but otherwise good

Food was mediocre at best. The kabobs were not seasoned at all the best thing was the shrimp just because it had a wedge of lemon. I ordered the ribeye and was brought a porkchop. I was left with the porkchop while my ribeye was cooked and it was dryer than a homeless mans knee cap. All of their meat tastes like its been frozen for days. Horrible refrigerator taste to it. The mac and cheese was flavorless and the baked potato was hard. The asparagus was decent with a couple bits of bacon on top when it’s usually wrapped in bacon. This place is a joke for a steakhouse. I ordered the ribeye medium but its so thin theres no other way to cook it than well done. I understand its a new business but for the price they charge it is definitely not going to be around long. Incredibly dissatisfied.
