I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

Do you like being disappointed?? This is the joint for you! Just waiting for the cold cardboard fries and 3-day old wings will keep you guessing if you get food poisoning for free! Don't forget the delay BTW, those are in the house. First and last time I will order from this establishment. We had high hopes of a new wing spot in town and have been UNBELIEVABLY DISAPPOINTED. You can expect disgusting fries, dry wings to the point walmart has jerkey that has more moisture and several delays in your order totalling over an hour and a half. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone, friends or foe!

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

We ordered these to be delivered. They were nasty! Super fatty not cooked throughout. A jelly like substance all over the inside. Never again.

received half of my chicken wings... ordered 16 only received 8... just wrong... and no way to get ahold of the company

The chicken had very little flavor. There were a few raw pieces.. see pics., fries were good but cold.
Ordered through Grub Hub and got the 16 wing bone in combo. Only got 12 wings and some cold fries. Four of the wings were undercooked and raw, and one of the raw wings was half burnt and raw at the same time. What wings were edible were pretty fatty and broken, which usually notes that the establishment uses lower quality chicken. I'd say stick with the chicken strips because I've never had any issues with them. Thank goodness for Grub Hub because they immediately refunded my order when they saw the picture. This sucks because we ordered from Chili's about twice a month, so now we have to find a replacement. ☹️

Completely wrong ordered received. Ordered and paid for bone-in wings and they delivered boneless, with the wrong flavors at that. The restaurant was closed by the time it was delivered so I tried to eat what they sent. The "chicken" tasted like styrofoam and I had to throw it all out.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!
