Burger Kings are franchised restaurants which is why some customers might have a vastly different experience at one Burger King while at another have the opposite. J Herndon has ALWAYS managed to keep his restaurants in the best shape that they could possibly be in. It's obvious that he truly cares about the entire experience for the customer- not just taking your money, getting your food, and leaving. He's always ensured that the customer felt welcome, special, and appreciated through his years of owning Burger Kings in Tucson. I was proud to have met him when I was younger and I am very proud of where he has taken his businesses while working for Burger King Corp. I truly hope to run into Mr. Herndon again soon.
