First of all if second chance is given, it means you have to make it right and not to repeat the same thing. I was on my way to work and decided to stop at this JIB. Orders 2 scrambled eggs and a tortilla. When I got to work abt to eat the breakfast. The eegs were dirtyyyyy like the grill was never cleaned. Went back and let them fix my order and I told them that the food looks unappetizing “can you please remake it” all I got black was “ ooh well how are we suppose to make it?” I was like hello how can u eat this. I don’t want to ask for refund but fix it if you can. She then took it to the back. Trust me if I say that they gave me exactly the same thing, dirty eggs. Won’t ever come back here. Never for my own health.

It doesn't say I have to add up orders, it says in my receipt that ALL i have to do is type in the numbers from THIS receipt in the next 72 hours and I'll habe earned FREE FOOD From THIS ORDER. Well I go to the JACK IN THE BOX WEBSITE Like it says to, and NOPE!! That thing happened, if it's too good to be true, yeah that. I had to type in my receipt number and THAT didnt even work!! An ERROR Popped up!!🤦♀️🤦♀ But that's not all, once you add up enough "points" from multiple orders *THEN* And ONLY then do you get your FREE FOOD. So fix the receipts. Because it's a STRAIGHT UP LIE. And I'm honestly pissed. The ONLY reason I'm NOT taking off more stars is because I don't want it to reflect badly on the store for something that corporate stupidly did.*END UPDATE* I Love this Jack in the Box!
