Luis the manager is a rock star! The app was glitching, and the logistics of my order were thrown off. This man went out of his way and stuck his neck out for me so I would be able to enjoy my warm meal! It definitely wasn’t his problem. The app was the problem yet Luis took ownership of the situation and made sure that this customer was beyond satisfied! I appreciate your efforts Luis, furthermore I hope the franchise knows that you are an MVP!!!!

Came here for lunch at 11am with a coupon. Got a nice lunch for under 10$. everything was ready very quickly and still hot and fresh when I got home. Also the lady named Dawn in the drive thru window was exceedingly nice and I appreciate her extra effort. Ty

First of all if second chance is given, it means you have to make it right and not to repeat the same thing. I was on my way to work and decided to stop at this JIB. Orders 2 scrambled eggs and a tortilla. When I got to work abt to eat the breakfast. The eegs were dirtyyyyy like the grill was never cleaned. Went back and let them fix my order and I told them that the food looks unappetizing “can you please remake it” all I got black was “ ooh well how are we suppose to make it?” I was like hello how can u eat this. I don’t want to ask for refund but fix it if you can. She then took it to the back. Trust me if I say that they gave me exactly the same thing, dirty eggs. Won’t ever come back here. Never for my own health.
