I love jack in the box. Good variety of food. Prompt service. The cashier forgot to give me all of my correct change and I didn't notice til I was 20 minutes away. I went back to the store and she immediately without any problems gave me the 5 dollars I was originally shorted . Will definitely go there again

I was there feb 18 and i had placed my order on the app , when i was trying to pick up my food i had to wait for the 2 ladies to change the signs at the drive thru (5 mins), when i got to the speaker i told i was pickin up a mobile order i go to the window and i had to wait another 5 mins for my order which is fine but when i got to my house i open the bag and it was the wrong order ?♂️, i send the manager an email which he responded so i email him back but didnt respond back ? Used to enjoy different burgers & breakfast. Sourdough burger may have been passed over toaster. Croissant dry. Last choice in future. Tried two different places.

Fast service, got order wrong but the workers gave me a free cheese cake as an apology. Does not have to do with this Jack in the box but all of them in general always look like you are going to get mugged.

This restaurant is terrible. So get this... I walk into this place to eat in their so called dining room. My car is being worked on across the street at Toyota, so i thought to have lunch in side. But the staff denied me access to the dining room. And the staff denied me use of the bathroom. Denied a paying customer. Is that against the law ? I wonder.. I requested the use of both, and no one has the brain to give me an alternative. I suppose the manager would use covid as the excuse for the closure of the dining room and bathroom. But that is a sorry excuse. Request to use should never be denied. Lock the access doors and only have drive thru operating as an alternative. The building is old and broken down, and the patio outside is a trash disaster. My advice to all, do not eat or use this Jack in the Box. I will keep an eye on this place to see if it improves, and will post a positive review if improvement is made. By the way, the food quality was good, and delivery of food was fast. But, still a poorly managed restaurant.

The last 5 times I've used this location items have been missing or are wrong. Starting to feel like they are just stealing my money. Never answer store phone when I try to call. I go here because it is a convenient location for after work but I won't be coming again.
