Rude staff. Kept me waiting as they goofed around it took them forever just to take my card. They weren't busy, only one other car. The guy working the window closed the window without me being able to ask for any sauce and he had an attitude problem. Not worth the time.

No ketchup. After asking if I wanted any sauces and I specifically asked for ketchup, I got nothing for these dry fries and onion rings. The burger was like dry shoe leather. I'll not be a repeat customer. I spent $31.00 for two meals that were only good for the trash can. 😡

Came at 1am, parked me like usual. Had multiple cars parked, waited 15 mins and came inside due to them getting 4 cars through the drive thru. Waited 25 more mins, tried to get a refund but was told they could only do refunds during the day and also had lost my receipt so never received it. On top of that food was cold. Bad customer service, bad quality food and workers that drag their feet with no purpose.
Worst service ever! Lazy staff is always running outside for God know what reasons. I will never go back never!

I want to give all 5 stars, mostly because of the young man at the drive thru window Friday evening 12/27. I asked his name and he said it's Little Johnny. He was so polite. He would say yes ma'am, and had such a great smile, and actually made my tough day feel a bit better. I know working fast food, or any restaurant, is not an easy job, and I really appreciated his great attitude. Thank you, little Johnny, for keeping a great attitude. :) And by the way, the kids meal I had picked up was done well (from whomever had cooked it), and the atmosphere in a drive thru... His attitude was what made it such a good atmosphere. If they're all that kind there, I'll keep going :)

Pulled up to drive thru, male clerk (with short dreadlocks),mumbled something into speaker, I started my order and clerk very rudely bit my head off because he wasn't ready to take my order! Waited nearly 15 minutes in drive thru even though only one car in front of me. While receiving food, same male clerk gave me dirty looks for no reason. Wasn't given receipt in bag and burger was smashed nearly flat. Avoid this place like the plague. It's obvious the owners and staff don't give a s*** about their customers and it shows. Would give zero stars if I could.
