There's an older lady that works the drive thru, she is my fave. Always very friendly and gives me my sauces. Idk who the chefs be up in this jack in the box, but plz don't ever change. Chicken sandwich always slaps and the mozzarella sticks be mozzin'. 10/10 for the bomb cheese pulls. Luv u guys.

This Jack-in-the-Box sucks. The workers never greeted me when I walked in. Didn’t say one word to me when my food was up. I asked for a ranches. They gave me one and I had 20 tacos super rude super unprofessional. You need to get with your employees so they have better customer service.

Horrible food and customer service. The menu is setup to not show half the menu. You have to ask and when they quote a price, if you get a “regular” it will be a dollar more than you’re quoted. If you want the price they quote you need to order a “small”. When bringing it up to staff they acted like it was a personal attack.
Either way, don’t come here unless every single other fast food joint is closed, hence the review.

They gave me a egg and bacon sandwich when I ordered a bonus jack combo. The bacon was thinner than bible paper and the egg was slimy or undercooked. The coke tastes like it from a freestyle machine that hasn't been cleaned since install. The fries were limp and covered in oil. The only good thing about it was it cost me a few bucks to know not to come back.

Instead of making Every. Single. Drive through order wait in your parking lot, maybe just be a fast food restrained make food faster. One person in driver’s? Ya, you’re waiting in the parking lot. You inconvenience every single customer so “your numbers” look better at corporate.

The employees during the evening shift seem terrified. The employees in the morning had me waiting in line for twenty minutes as they chatted outside all morning. Such a poor experience I won't even be going to Jack n the Box all together anymore.

Come here if you want to be the only person in the drive through, no customers inside, and they make you drive past the drive through window and sit in the parking lot for 10 minutes waiting for 10 minutes on 2 items.
Worst service, and even worse is the food is some of the worst I’ve ever had from JIB. VERY disappointed this is the closest location to where I live, almost every other location is far superior in every way. Take the extra drive if you can, it’s worth it.
