Food is fine but no matter what time of day or day of the week, the service is so slow that they have all the cars waiting 20 minutes in line, then tell you to pull forward to the front where you wait another 10 minutes. The food is cold by the time you get it.

Worst Jack in the Box in Tucson, the customer service here sucks! Half of these teenage boys always have something rude to say, food is never as good as it should be... Disappointing! Maybe teach an ethics class to your employees on what terms are okay to say, homophobic and racist employees!! Never come here during the afternoon and early evening...
I get that the 3.99 meal deal is cheap. But we recently ordered 4 meal deals and they were so poorly made/cooked that they literally looked like 2 plain hamburgers. The tacos were disgusting. We know they hardly have meat any ways. How do you screw up the tacos. At least try to make them look like commercial or how you would want yours to look
