First of all the drive thru employees were having a hard time getting my order correct. When I pulled to the window to make sure they had my correct order the worker said “we couldn't understand you the way you were talkingâ€. Like proper English is hard to understand?. When I got home my order was all wrong. The 2 ultimate bacon cheeseburgers I ordered were without bacon and not as ordered( one with mayo only). The meat was cold and dry. If I'm paying $6 for a burger I expect it to be fresh and hot. The only thing hot was the mess that these employees are. I'll be calling the district office in the morning to complain.
Tacos @ 2:00am have saved me from death many times. Three Sourdough Jack with Jalapenos is a solid Go-to as well. This location is always open with super efficient service. Helped by this review? Please "like" it & carry on...
Waited 45 min for two burgers and fries. Many others also waited for their orders. Management dismissed the cook from work. Berated him continuously and loudly in his absence while yelling at the rest of the staff. Most of that staff had arrived after she dismissed the cook. It was uncomfortable as a customer to see the failure across all levels of the staff. To their credit, they did offer me two free meals on a return visit. I won't return. As a note, the front counter staff remained calm and polite throughout my visit. The lobby, counters, soda dispensers, and dining areas were all clean and neat.
Visited this location @ 10p on Sat Mar 31 and our visit was exceptional, the workers were helpful, we dinned in it was a very clean dining room. Great service, great staff, great location.
They were slammed and a new gentleman was training and things were not as smooth as they should've been however, they all kept their composure which was nice to see. They were all working together making sure the orders were pushed out as fast as they could without getting things wrong. The dining area was clean and the trash had been taken out, bathrooms weren't terrible considering they're attached to a shell gas station.
I had to walk to the other side of the freeway with three drinks and three paper bags of food. I asked if they had a drink carrier or a bag with handles but they didn' t. The guy taking orders at the drive through came out and asked if I wanted his help carrying everything out. I explained I was walking and said I would go the the convenience store they were attached to and ask for a bag. Before I could get over there the girl who had taken my order went and got me a bag. While I was asking if they had a drink carrier she went back and started putting my food and drinks in the bag. These employees went above and beyond what they had to in order to help me. I will absolutely go there again.
Terrible is the only way to explain my visit here. I did not mind the long wait for my food but first after leaving the drive thru, I check my bag an item was missing so I sent my husband in to get it. The employee was extremely rude. Instead of saying he would go check or anything he came off extremely defensive ( my husband is very polite and understands things like this happen,he was not mad nor upset and did not give the employee a reason to act this way) the employee tel
First time visit at a Jack in the box and Victoria screwed up my order 3 times. Wrong drink Wrong sandwich. Even asked me for more money when she gave me the wrong sandwich Oops that sandwich is 10cents more No apology or anything Service sucked Sandwich was good when I finally got it but not worth the hassle
Burger I got was a hot mess and the tacos still had unmelted slices of cheese in them. This location is awful. You guys totally ruined my late night munchies. May god have mercy on your soul.
Please share this everywhere! So my sons went to Jack-in-the-Box last night. They ordered tacos. When my son bit into the taco he pulled out an entire rubber glove in his mouth. The stores trying to say it's an accident. You can't accidentally slip an entire rubber glove inside of a taco. It did not get deep fried. That means this glove was placed in there after they cooked it. This can only be intentional. They offered to refund me my eight bucks. They asked me to return the items to them. I have to take this glove and get it tested. I have no idea what could be on this glove that was now inside of my sons mouth. Absolutely disgusting!!
