Ordered the “buffalo wings” and what I got was chicken strips with a splash of sauce on them. So bummed. (The picture is what’s advertised vs what I got)

I believe she was the manager but I could be wrong. Whoever was ripping thru orders May 31st at about noon was extremely impressive. The moment she stepped in, she was an absolute whirlwind of efficency and good vibes. 10/10 would recommend this employee for a promotion.

Lady in the drive through has a massive attitude. Very disrepsectful and makes me not want to return here. No name tsg so not sure of her name.

Food was meh. If you want sauce make sure to be very specific or youll only get one, even if it makes no sense.

Bad attitude, meh food, go to another location or a different resturant

Got a breakfast platter but never got my orange juice and condiments like syrup, hot sauce and ketchup like I asked. Plus they made me wait b in the parking lot for 15 more minutes

Don't go to Jack in The box on Grant and Oracle for your lunch break I did and spent my whole time waiting for four tacos that I never got and then had to wait the remaining of the time waiting for a refund because the manager wasn't there. But they kept feeling all the new orders of people that came in through the drive-thru. Now I'm late to my next job site didn't get to eat lunch.

Having your drive through customers pull their car around the building before their orders are fulfilled to pad your service numbers is dishonest and places more work on your employees in many ways. Including unrealistic expectations and more unnecessary steps per order. Stop doing this.

It was actually really good, service could've been a little faster since nobody else was in the lobby eating or ordering. I'm sure the workers were busy for dinner rush, so it for them to be a bit more laid back was definitely understandable!

Vegetarian options: I'm personally not a vegetarian, but by seeing what's available on their menu I could tell that they had many options to choose from or to make your own veggie burger

Same complaint as everyone else. They have you park and wait 15 mins for a $5 order when there is zero people in the drive through line and a completely empty lobby. Awful management, this location needs work.

It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get food when the lobby is empty and there was 1 car in the drive thru when I showed up. Right as my order was coming in the window, the girl working in the front decided that’s exactly when she should go on break. I wouldn’t mind except the other person that was working in the back that now had to do two peoples jobs couldn’t communicate in English very well. This is consistently the most incompetent staff of all the fast food restaurants in the area.

Took 10 minutes to get helped and 10 minutes to get my food when there was one customer ahead of me. She got gift cards and a drink. I only ordered tacos and fries, 20 minutes is insane

This particular Jack in the box has always been a good one, employees are friendly and food is always hot and delicious. Today was a disappointment. I got the always delicious smashburger, but today not so good. The flavor was bland where it used to be amazing. I don't know what they did different or wrong but it wasn't good at all. I sure hope they fix it.

Food was cold, burgers were made wrong, missing a drink and the drinks I did get were half full and no ice. This order was placed thru the mobile app which also does not offer LG size options on certain meals only small.
