They served me raw uncooked, frozen chicken.If you want a dye, a horrible death by food poisoning, eating raw uncooked, frozen chicken would be a way to do it.I personally am a little upset that they tried to have me done away with by feeding me chicken

The dinning room was still closed and locked an hour after it states it opens. The employees who were at the counter went out of sight but apparently not to get anyone to unlock the door. I did not eat there this trip.
Ordered meals went back up and said the fries are cold and taste like cardboard.. hah to pay twice for fresh fries. Smh not going back

We had an OK experience, we ate here this afternoon we had the Ultimate Cheeseburger and onion rings, my onion rings were way overcooked, the best thing I thought we'd got was my vanilla shake. But the customer service needs to improve, however, we needed some sweet and sour sauce, and I stood at the counter ignored by the staff for a good ten minutes, and they were not busy, no vehicles in the drive-thru nor anyone in the lobby. SO, if this keeps up, they'll be losing two loyal costomers!!!! As I said, the shakes are my only mainstay here. I was happy to see the return of Monster tacos, although it's only temporary, unfortunately.

I would give this store negative ☆ if it allowed. They never have the fountain sodas, or any of the advertised special. The store is always dirty and smells.

The employees always are very short and not attentive to the guests. It is hard to miss the I don't want to be here attitude they give off.
Very poor customer service. The woman with the caked on makeup was incredibly rude to us, and the wait was much longer than normal. I have severe allergies and the lady who was helping us was nothing but crude and dismissive. I work in customer service and I would never treat a client/customer that way.
Go to a different jack-in-the-box for actual good customer service, and better food.

Food is great and the service is pretty decent. I usually order dinner for my family and pick it up at this location, and very rarely do they get the items or customizations wrong, even for large orders. I appreciate the time and accuracy of my order, and so far the team here is reliable and friendly. There are also great deals in the app. Very satisfied with my experience and I hope to keep coming back.

Everything suck's in this location. The lady on the drive thru never take card's, and this location is 24 hours so at 6 a.m they don't take orders at the moment...

The rare occasion I leave a review, it's to commend an employee for exceptional service. This is not the case. Usually access the drive thru, decided to go inside to place my order. Being the only inside customer, I had time to review the full menu. The young lady manning the register, no greeting, no smile, nothing, ok. Placed the order, "Alex" handed me the receipt, no thank you, no smile, nothing, ok. I asked for ranch dipping sauce, she gave me one, no thank you, anything else?, no smile, nothing. I asked for a second ranch, I received a response, "I would have charged you extra." I asked how much, she answered, not having any change, I used a card for payment. No smile, no thank you, nothing. I asked for the receipt. I told her I'll be happy to write this up. She just gave an unnerving look. I told her I just spent $30 and you charged me for a ranch dipping sauce. As I was leaving she decided to be a smart-alec and loudly say, "have a good day." The order was filled correctly however the salad was skimpy on lettuce and I had a few crumbs of chicken. Our neighborhood waited 40 years for a Jack in the Box, so thrilled when we finally had one at this location (Mission/ Ajo). Since opening, service and food has declined drastically. Being a senior citizen, I can choose where I spend my money. This location based on the disrespectful treatment alone would no longer be a consideration. P.S. I forgot about the rotten tomato in the salad.
