Food is great and the service is pretty decent. I usually order dinner for my family and pick it up at this location, and very rarely do they get the items or customizations wrong, even for large orders. I appreciate the time and accuracy of my order, and so far the team here is reliable and friendly. There are also great deals in the app. Very satisfied with my experience and I hope to keep coming back.

Everything suck's in this location. The lady on the drive thru never take card's, and this location is 24 hours so at 6 a.m they don't take orders at the moment...

The rare occasion I leave a review, it's to commend an employee for exceptional service. This is not the case. Usually access the drive thru, decided to go inside to place my order. Being the only inside customer, I had time to review the full menu. The young lady manning the register, no greeting, no smile, nothing, ok. Placed the order, "Alex" handed me the receipt, no thank you, no smile, nothing, ok. I asked for ranch dipping sauce, she gave me one, no thank you, anything else?, no smile, nothing. I asked for a second ranch, I received a response, "I would have charged you extra." I asked how much, she answered, not having any change, I used a card for payment. No smile, no thank you, nothing. I asked for the receipt. I told her I'll be happy to write this up. She just gave an unnerving look. I told her I just spent $30 and you charged me for a ranch dipping sauce. As I was leaving she decided to be a smart-alec and loudly say, "have a good day." The order was filled correctly however the salad was skimpy on lettuce and I had a few crumbs of chicken. Our neighborhood waited 40 years for a Jack in the Box, so thrilled when we finally had one at this location (Mission/ Ajo). Since opening, service and food has declined drastically. Being a senior citizen, I can choose where I spend my money. This location based on the disrespectful treatment alone would no longer be a consideration. P.S. I forgot about the rotten tomato in the salad.

Night Crew is the worse!! Paid over $30 and got wrong order and it wasn't even busy. Ordered a Boba iced coffee and the boba was hard rock, couldn't even chew it. I also ordered 3 orders of churros and when I got home there was only 2 in my bag. My chicken tenders order was way too crispy closer to burnt. Tried complaining on the app but they didn't even give me a receipt so wasn't successful. They ALWAYS get something wrong here and employees aren't very nice. Just a bad location overall.

Went to go get a jumbo jack with just CHEESE paid 6.19 and got home to find there is no cheese at all …I mean come on how hard is it to just get a simple order right.

Boy do I love coming here with my grandson. We always come every Wednesday, the restaurant is always clean to dine in, we are always welcomed when we walk in and the bathrooms are always spotless. This wednesday we came in as usual and the dine in area was full, despite that, it was very clean and I saw the employees cleaning tables as soon as customers left so new ones could be sat down right away. Prices are decent and the quality of the food is always fantastic. They need to bring back the monster tacos!

The overnight crew is the WORST!! They constantly screw things up even when it's ordered online so that's all they're doing is reading it. It's honestly getting really old and they needa do better. Just had my food delivered and it's wrong, fries were cold sandwich was supposed to be no sauce but instead was straight SLATHERED in sauce. Not the first time they've screwed up but I also don't feel like going 15+ minutes for jack in the box either.
